I popped in this morning without an appointment, after a recommendation from a friend and Diego and his team immediately sprung into action, pumping air into my depleted bicycle tyres and straightening my bent handlebars. They didn't even charge me anything. Incredible service, friendly and efficient. And there's a gorgeous dog to cuddle while you wait. I'll be back soon! Thank you team.

Almost 4 years ago, my bike broke down. On a few recommendations i went to the London Bike Studio, I met Diego whom fixed my bike with so much more than I expected. He took time to explain, to show, to give me advice and a smile. It was such a nice experience that I kept on coming back, even if my bike really didn't needed much work. I cannot recommend him more than to say that I felt in love with him. And now I am the happiest woman to be at his side for the last 4 years ❤️You and your team have so much care that LBS became a family and i am so proud to be part of it.I love youJuliette

Tremendous local bike repair service. They provided me with a free thorough assessment, and then undertook the work - which they finished promptly. The bike is in great condition. I have since returned for some advice which they provided quickly and for free. They feel like an organisation that genuinely cares about its customers and is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about bikes. Recommended!

Great bunch of guys offering a professional and personal service. My bike was making all sorts of noises but they recommended all the right parts to replace and it's now running super silent and smooth. When I had to go back for a niggling issue they spent lots of extra time trying to diagnose it, and changed an additional part for me with no fuss or additional cost. Will be my go to bike repair shop from now on.

Awesome service, knowledegable, friendly, helpful, and don't rip you off. Went in to get some work done and Diego noticed a couple of other things that REALLY needed doing that I hadn't known about and that none of the other 6 shops (yes!) that I had been in to for a quote had noticed.Martin who worked on my bike explained the details of what he had found doing the repairs when I picked it up, noticing and adjusting a slightly bent brake rotor too. I cannot fault these guys. Just wish I'd found them sooner.

Really great + efficient service. Went in with a broken chain which was fixed within the day. Returned a few days later because my pedal was making crunching sounds and they fixed free of charge! Very communicative and friendly group working there. Highly recommend :-)

Diego, Tomas + Lucas and rest of team at LBS are great. Love this little boutique bike shop. Got handlebars stolen and they quickly gave me a quote, insurance came through and they made the bike even better than before. Rides like a dream. Loving the new handles bars position and the new grip tape especially. Thanks guys.

Super friendly bike studio, I feel really well looked after (and my bike too of course!) Bike needed a service and some extra tweaking a couple of weeks afterwards. Really appreciated the time Diego took to identify and explain the issues. Highly recommend.

I dropped my bike off for a service at London Bike Studio in August and was amazed at how well (and how quickly) they got my bike back riding better than it did when I first had it!I've also popped in looking for small fixings for a lock holder and they went out of their way to find the parts for me.Will definitely be coming back any time my bike needs some TLC!

Amazing service provided at this delightful bike shop. Great service offerings with friendly staff to guide you through what you may need. Very professional mechanics who want was is best for you and your bike. Additionally coffee provided and other bits and pieces, as well as a membership giving discounts on parts. Highly recommend this shop.
