To add insult to injury, the TV was dysfunctional, the champagne glasses turned out to be tacky plastic cups, and the divider screen was non-operational, robbing us of the privacy we expected.What's even more disappointing is the abysmal customer service we encountered. Once they had our money, Platinium Limo Hire showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance and express our dissatisfaction, (2 emails sent) we were met with utter silence. No response, no apology, no acknowledgment of the ruin they had caused on our special day.Paying the full amount for this subpar service was a bitter pill to swallow. I strongly advise anyone considering Platinium Limo Hire for their special occasions to think twice. There are plenty of other reputable options out there that not only provide a quality experience but also understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Save yourself the stress and disappointment – steer clear of THIS COMPANY 100% do NOT recommend, once they have your money don't expect a response!

DO NOT use this Company as once they have your money they are so rude, put the phone down on me. I booked a car for a friends 50th birthday and made a point of asking if the car had a Bluetooth sound system so I could play specific songs for the birthday girl to make a really good start to a great weekend. Got in the car and could no connect to the speakers in the car, the driver hadn't got a clue what to do which meant we either listened to there awful CD's or used a small soundbar I had brought myself for the weekend, which worked but you could hardly hear it. This was not the experience it should have been for those who had never been in a limo before. Called the office myself to discuss and can only say that the person, can't say man!!, on the phone was so rude and put the phone down on me!! Don't use them!!!

We received excellent service from the guys at Platinum. We booked three Rolls Royce's and one limo for a wedding at Crossley House in Halifax. The cars were immaculate, chauffer's were smart and very polite and from end-to-end a brilliant service. I would recommend this company to anyone!

First impressions excellent, but once you've handed your money over forget about it a good service. I hired 3 high end vehicles over the space of 3 days, everytime I was rushed and on the last day the vehicle double booked and didn't return. After speaking to the guy he was Rude and arrogant. Once a Pakistani always a Pakistani. People like this give us a bad name. Avoid.

Eighteen months of planning the day had finally arrived; our daughter’s wedding.2 cars from Platinum Limousines Hire arrived on time and we excitedly approached the cars: Phantom Rolls Royce and a Baby Bentley.As I walked to the cars I wasn’t too impressed: No ribbons adorned the bonnet of either car only bows on the door handles. This left me bemused since they had contacted my daughter ‘on the very morning of the wedding’ asking what colour ribbons she wanted. This should have started warning bells since they were contacted on 18.03.19 asking if it was possible to have baby blue and yellow.As I got closer to the Bentley there was noticeable damage to the near side rear wheel arch. Not very professional hiring out a damaged vehicle.Seated inside we set off towards the Nottingham City Council House; or that’s what we thought. Following multiple wrong turns we ended stuck in Pelham Street, a pedestrianised area with tables and chairs.It was here our driver vacated the car to ask directions. On his return he opened the car door and asked if we would like to get out and walk 10 yards whilst he drove round looking to find where to go; as he was concerned the bride would arrive first.I kindly suggested that he continues to drive round with the wedding party in the car since the walk was nearer 200 yards and not 10.I explained that I would contact the father of the bride and ask him to ask his driver to delay getting to the Council House until we had arrived. I needn’t have bothered since the driver of the Phantom was also lost and being directed by my husband.Our driver pulled in again to ask a member of the public how to get to the Council House. It was at this point the driver made the comment that there were two Nottingham Council Houses and suggested Loxley House was the other. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you there are NOT two Council Houses. ‘Loxley House’ is the administrative home of Nottingham City Council and an office base for the Department of Work and Pensions...Eventually, with the help of the bridesmaids directing the way we made it to the Council House, late, worried and extremely stressed. Unfortunately, this resulted in a very rushed after drink celebration and not relaxed as we had planned.Following the wedding my daughter and her new husband experienced a very angry member of the public bang on the car and demanding what the F### the driver was doing since he had nearly knocked her over.I suggest drivers who are not familiar with the area should plot the course prior to the event and not rely on Sat Nav. Would I recommend Platinum Cars, not on his performance, however if its slapstick farce they would make a great modern version of the keystone cops.

cannot thank these guys enough. after being dumped on at the last minute by another company this company pulled out all the stops to get me a limo for my grand daughters prom.it arrived in good time the driver was awesome the 7 girls arrived and had photos taken the poor driver hung about for over 30 mins he had the patience of a saint.the limo was beautiful inside and out well worth the money.we will not go anywhere else for limo hire in the future our loyalty lies with platinum limo hirea very big thank you from the girls your driver collected them on time and returned them homeat 11.15 safe and sound after a fab nightour other grand daughters prom is in three years time keep me a limokindest regardssherril

Booked 2 hummers for my girls prom. Both hummer limos were on time. In fact 15 mins earlier. Clean limos and smart drivers. Prices were good and the ataff were very accomodating when i rung to tweak the details up.Great job guys. Recommend to all.

Fantastic experience with Platinum Limo Hire. We got a Hummer Limo from Bradford to Manchester, ordered at very short notice on a Sunday night. Absolutely no hassle at all. Limo was spotless and sound system was excellent.The following day when I sobered up, I realised I had left some important stuff in the limo. The next day Platinum came back, no questions asked and dropped them off in the Hummer. Great Company!! Cannot recommend Platinum Limousines enough.

Absolutely brilliant company. Hired out 4 vehicles all were clean. Drivers were amazingly nice and cheery went above and beyond thank again. 5 star service.
