Ok not the colour we picked

Love our new kitchen blinds - they look great and very prompt installation at a good price. Our neighbour had recommended this company and I also recommend them.

Absolutely appalling!!! I'm a great believer in using local businesses so when we needed some black out blinds for our bedrooms this was my number one choice, boy did I make a big mistake. My gran passed away recently and had left me a little bit of money, not much but enough for us to get some blinds done. My husband works shifts so we needed something which would block out the light, this was explained to Stanza Blinds. He recommended because of the size of our windows we should have vertical blinds as he could make them in house. I'm no blind expert but I did specifically ask if light would come through, I was assured there may be a little light at either side but other than that no. We had them fitted and duly paid, all I can say is light absolutely pours through, the none black blinds we had up before were actually more effective. We have since been advised roman blinds would have been a much better choice for us, which we are going to order, needless to say not from Stanza. I would recommend David James at Horsforth, they seem to be much more knowledgeable and understand what we want. The part that hurts the most is this was my grans money and I've completely wasted it, we will just have to throw them away. I have e-mailed Stanza twice to give them the opportunity to put this right but they just ignore me. Don't go anywhere near!!!!
