Jacqueline is the light in my life....when every service was inaccessible Jacqueline came into my life and helped me and my son understand more about his speech delay...she not only did amazing tailored 1-2-1 sessions but she also made all the necessary referrals which expedited access to NHS services. After Jacqueline's referrals I was seen by the NHS healthvisitor and speech and language therapist within 4 weeks. She also supported my sons nursery in understanding how best to interact with him.

I can’t recommend Jacqueline enough, my 6 year old quite often couldn’t be understood because he struggled with certain sounds. It was really affecting his confidence & also his reading as he was reluctant to read aloud. After the first session we noticed an improvement! He loved the sessions and saw them as a fun game time rather than work which meant he tried even harder because he enjoyed it. He has mastered all the sounds he was struggling with and we can see him taking the time and using the strategies he was taught to help him.
