I recommend Mo Ahmed strongly for letting and/or selling properties. We first engaged with Mo several years ago, to find and mange tenants. It was clear from the start that he knew the area in terms of the likely tenant profile and the realistic monthly rent. He found tenants rapidly so the void period was negligible. There were some repairs required and again Mo used his local knowledge to get the work done cost effectively, and he always liaised with us so we knew what was being done and why. Mo handled several tenants over the period we let the flat and transitions were always smooth. When we put the flat on the market we chose Mo to market the property without hesitation.He found a buyer very quickly and liaised with them and ourselves frequently to keep things moving. He has excellent knowledge of the various legal and practical aspects of a saleand that helped us to understand where we were in the process and to reach a successful conclusion.

Very happy with the service received by Mo when we sold our house in Stratford. Mo was the most knowledgeable estate agent I talked to when deciding which agency to sell our house with. He also had an accurate value placed on our home (which was significantly higher than the other agencies) yet we were able to find a buyer that paid even slightly more than the value he set. The most important thing for us though was that Mo was a pleasure to work with. Living abroad we had to leave a lot of thing in his hands and everything was dealt with in a correct manner.
