Very rude workers, picking my hands up and throwing them around into the light etc talking Among themselves barely talking to anyone else, hurt the sides of my hands many of times with the file!! Acrylics paint missing in places and lines squint were sharp underneath I’ve had to Come home and file Them £40 disappointed

Very impersonal service provided. It seemed like I was a bother to them. The service was poor and my nails were paper thin by the time they were done. Didn't buff out or file the sharp edges on my nails and didn't fix my cuticles. It was such a quick horrible job. They also came off as racist. Black ladies, please avoid lol

I came here and had my Russian eyelashes repaired, I was very satisfied, the price was much cheaper than other places. Thank you Elly. I will definitely come back to make a new set.

Don’t waste your time or money. Had my lashes done - Mega Volume. Biggest regret. The eyes didn’t look symmetrical and one side was longer than the other, when I put my glasses on the left side lashes would touch the lens but the right didn’t. So annoying. She told me it would last up to 4 weeks. It didn’t even last 5 days more than half the lashes were out. My eyes are also very very itchy it’s so annoying. I have literally just used coconut oil to remove the rest of the lashes off myself and everything has come off including some of my own lashes. They should just stick to doing nails cause that’s what they are good at but please don’t bother wasting your time or money if you’re wanting eyelashes. It’s not worth it.

I have tried their service, but I decided, not anymore. The staff is not really customer friendly, they are talking their own language over the customers, quick services, but not professionals, use the same things again and again. Infection control?
