Tina was willing to take on what I thought was a tricky job, to help us build in Chiswick something designed in Newcastle during lockdown. She was extremely good at grasping what we were trying to achieve and helped us solve some very tricky problems onsite. Excellent results.

I was in need for some advice on a potential residential property purchase and I found Tina and Michael to be excellent, incredibly helpful. Tina did a wonderful job in designing and managing the complete refurbishment of my flat. We engaged Tina Patel at Formed Architects on our recent house refurbishment and extension, from initial concept through to project managing the works. Having already worked with previous architects and have had planning permission rejected twice to convert our property into two flats, I was pessimistic of our chances for the third time.A friend of ours recommended Formed Architects earlier this year and I have to say they have been excellent and professional from day 1. They have managed to achieve what previous architects hadn't - successfully achieve a planning approval!For anyone looking to modify their property which requires planning approval from the local council, look no further - highly recommended!

We hired Tina to submit an application for an extension after we ourselves had submitted a pre-application. Even though we were clear we wanted the proper application Tina recommended another pre-application. We spent in total £ 3500 for the PRE-application and it was rejected while we did have a positive outcome from the first pre-application. Tina did not even call us on the day of the rejection and did not even consider challenging the council for two different outcomes on the same project. We did that ourselves.All this took a whole year. Tina and her office are very quick in sending invoices and ensuring they get paid but when it comes to her replying to emails or delivering the product she is paid for she is very slow. Even when we had agreed on the plans it took a whole month to submit her pre-application (we have all our email correspondence as a proof)! Very disrespectful behavior, we wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Tina is very knowledgeable and helpful. She offered great advice, always with the best interests of our project at heart whilst suggesting ideas to minimise costs where possible. This is a really ethical and professional firm.
