Just placed an order for 41.00 for four of us they’ve got our orders wrong and they’re cold and tried to phone over half hour and not answering I’m livid snd discussed will be writing to head office font use them

Food ok. Service by BELLA appalling. Rude and obnoxious to staff and customers. No respect t to anyone. Started taking order then disappeared. Won't be coming back.

I’ve eaten at Subway before (dine in) and was very happy with the food.However the take away we received was far below par.We ordered 3 six inch steak subs with extras and crinkle wedges.Food arrived in good time but everything was almost cold. The subs looked like they had been thrown together and squashed and as for the crinkle wedges, no colour, soggy, they were more like boiled wedges with a sprinkle of seasoning and not very nice at all.Safe to say we will not be ordering a take away from Subway in the future but I would eat in.

This is how the Subway Mega Meat foot long sub is made.First off, two big slices of ham then 6 pepperoni, 8 slices of salami covered with a full meatball marina including cheese. Topped off with a wholemeal and honey mustard, gherkins, lettuce and mixed peppers all on a Tiger bread.Very tasty. And the staff are very friendly.

Store does not close at 7pm. Please ensure opening times are correct before misinforming guests. Went down at 4pm today and the shutters were down. No notice about any unforeseen circumstances just closed.

Food was lovely and the staff are friendly. I was served quickly, however staff were stood about chatting and leaning on the sides. I get they need a minute or two to reprocess after a busy rush, however the floors in the customer seating area were dirty and the tables could use a wipe. Surely keeping the staff productive is better then them just standing around

I visited this subway today and was greeted by a staff member who was not wearing a hair net and did not want to be there by the looks of it. I did not get her name but she looked early 20’s and with red hair - she told me I couldn’t have this and couldn’t have that and made it extremely difficult for me to order and in my head I was stressing. As you can imagine, with the cost of living at the moment, everyone is choosing to spend their money wisely and I felt like I was pressured into ordering. She also didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and the presentation was awful; did not cut the foot long into 2 and overall I had a really poor experience. I will never go this subway again, which is unfortunate as one individual has ruined it for a branch.
