We are so happy with our new stove. Appreciated the home survey to quote and advice about styles/types of stoves that would fit and suit our home. Installation was quick and arranged on a convenient day with advice about use and signposting to log suppliers and chimney sweep. Friendly, reliable and work done to a high standard.

I was delighted with the wood burning stove that was recently fitted by Stove Serve. The service I received from them was excellent from beginning to end. Craig came to the house to check suitability and talk through suitable stoves. The fitting was done efficiently and cleanly and Craig went through the operating instructions before he left.

Fantastic communication throughout the whole process, gave me a range of options to choose from that worked with the budget, provided sound advice to ensure everything was within regulations. On the day itself great work, even though they needed to install a new chimney pot which was unforeseen, discussed the needs and got on with the work. Really happy and love the new focal point of the room. Highly recommended!!

StoveServe removed our old fireplace surround and fitted a log burner with a new surround and hearth as well as lining the chimney in just two days. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job in the agreed time and for the agreed price. They were also very tidy and gave us a demo on how to light the stove plus a few cleaning tips before leaving, a bonus for novices like ourselves! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. He came as a recommendation by several neighbours. Courteous, punctual, super tidy and clean, ensured my floors were completely covered and cleaned all mess. The workmanship, was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and despite running into unexpected problems, he was able to make my vision a reality. Always returns calls and messages and aftersales has been brilliant. Lovely guy and a very very happy customer. Thank you
