Excellent fast replacement of the cracked screen glass on my Samsung Note 4. Very reasonable cost -- less than 20% of what local repairers were asking. Posted phone in and a few days later an emailed Paypal payment request arrived. Phone returned immediately thereafter by mail. Highly recommended!

I bought headphones, they said that the original, in the end does not work, I brought them, exchanged again a new one also does not work! They come up with the original headphones themselves

Recommended twice in the past by my brother. I used them today for a smashed screen and I'm more than pleased. All done in 30 mins and a good competitive price. Very nice guys as well.

Do not use them as you will just waist your money and you phone will be worse after SPS service.Please see my phone after this GREATE COMANY REPLACE MY GLASS ON SAMSUNG S6 EDGE.You can see glue every where and glass is not fit perfectley.Took ages to recive phone back and please save your time DO NOT USE THEM EVER.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BLACKSMITH WILL DO BETTER JOB THEN THEM NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY

SPS are exceptionally good – you would have to travel very far and probably pay a lot more to find this kind of service anywhere else. I’ve used the company for many years - by post and walk-in. Peter and his team offer fantastic expertise, advice and service. I’ve seen them help all kinds of people with so many different problems, successfully and pleasantly with really good advice and banter… They’re probably the best in London for sure – even Apple go them for help!

This company needs to be reviewed by Trading Standards. My experience was terrible with these people. Staff were rude and will do anything to take your money. Once they take it, they will blame you if something is wrong with your phone. I had my mine repaired by them only to find they had damaged some internal phone hardware during repair. They refused their responsibility. They lack not just customer service by any business ethics or respect for their customers. They are cheap. For a reason. But in the end they are more expensive. Get your phone repaired by an authorized dealer.I recommend NOT to use these individuals. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. They will not respect their warranty and their tech team is incompetent just like their managers. They offer only 3 months on their work. You would better to use official repair so you can keep your warranty.Stay away from their business.

Well, they have fixed my second phone, very nicely and reliably. Note 4 broken screen 120. LG G2 broken screen 60. Both done under 40 mins. They have lot of parts in stock. Great service. Free parking. Recommended.

I sent in a phone for a complete screen exchange. The staff (via phone) was very friendly and helpful all along. From door to door, my phone was away for 7 days. The price I paid was relatively hefty, but my phone is relatively rare, spare parts from the internet were the same price (without repair) and some competitors were even 25% more expensive. All things considered, I am happy with the service and will especially remember the friendly customer support. Thus, I recommend SPS Mobile :)Edit: After a few days, one corner of the screen began to get pink, this problem grew with time and got worse. I have sent the phone back for correction.

Very good mobile phone repair. Myself, friends and family go here for any mobile repairs we need. I've had Androids and iPhones repaired here while I wait. The price is excellent and the repairs are very good quality.Regular customers get treated very well. I've had a discount or free minor repair a few times. The boss looks after his customers.Types of repairs I've had done here are: screen repairs, batteries replaced, charging sockets fixed, water damaged fixed.Each time the repair is good quality and the price very reasonable.Every time I've been there has always been 1-2 other customers waiting in the comfortable waiting area. It's a good sign when a business is so busy. And I've never seen a single customer complain while I've been there.Very easy to recommend.
