HotBox Benone

Awesome experience at the Hotbox Sauna at Benone. It was relaxing and exhilarating and Anna was a most friendly and informative host. I've recommended the experience to friends and will be back again next month if not before!

It is a perfect evening to unwind, relax, and enjoy the natural surroundings.I thoroughly enjoyed my evening at the Hotbox Field Trip.Yoga to begin was a great way to unwind, to be in the outdoors feeling the air around you & listening to the birds was complete bliss and made everyone feel at ease.Followed by hot / cold therapy, in the sauna, the cold water plunge, the hot bath, and the cold water bucket left you feeling completely revitalised.The location for me was perfect, so idyllic. The peacefulness was so tranquil as we sat around the fire pit, enjoying the grazing boards provided, and we even made our own delicious smores.Anna made everyone feel very welcome with her lovely personality.The evening was perfect, I left feeling like I was floating in a bubble filled with complete calmness xThank youHeather Nicholl

I've had the pleasure of enjoying the HotBox sea sauna twice this year in 2023 and its been incredible both times. Situated in the loveliest stretch of beach on Benone, it includes everything you need to enjoy the cold dips of the sea and the healing heat of the sauna. Definitely a highlight to any beach day!

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience …easy to get to and easy to use. Possibly an area to improve would be for the hotbox operator to talk through all the different scrubs and lotions in the package and how to use them. Will definitely do it again and if visitors are in town

The most amazing experience! Wasn't sure what to expect with it being November, but the sauna was so warm and relaxing, the sea didn't seem cold at all. Feel totally refreshed. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Loved our time at the Hotbox Benone! Definitely an outstanding experience, and even more contrasting in the winter months with near zero outdoor temperature, but no wind fortunately. Absolutely worth experiencing. Well done to Karl and Anna in this local venture.

Amazing experience!! Dawn was fab, talked through everything & was so friendly! Whether it's just for 2 people or a group, it is worth every penny! Both the views & Benone Beach are stunning, Neme (I think that's how you spell the lovely sauna's name) is simply first class! Honestly, you wouldn't think you were in Northern Ireland! I booked this as a treat for me & mum & we loved every second of it & would happily do this every week! Would give more than 5 stars if possible, so wait are you waiting for? Just book it!
