Good stuff . Very efficiently run catalogue always available quickly. But if using on line be careful can skip and end up with wrong thing and have to pay for it. wifi issues .

Be careful of plus 1 bids as they go straight to the higher amount. Also fees are way to high. Far better auctions in the area. I was asked and then threatened with legal action by them today to remove a word that I described them. I have now done so however I feel they are.................................

I won a bid on porcelain set which they chucked in a box without any protection. Half of the stuff was broken by the time I got home. I tried to get the next lot safely; I was told that I have to bring my own boxes and wrapping paper, then wrap and carry the heavy stuff myself. When I informed him that this was the first time I hear of this and never happened at any auction before, the manager, Keith, offered two small flimsy boxes that could never hold a large dinner and tea set. When I told him that I cannot pay for items unless I am sure I can get them home safely, he was intimidating, approached me saying that he does not need me here and that I should never come back to the auction as he started kicking the two boxes around the place in rage. The manager is very disrespectable and aggressive.

It will always amaze me the fast talking patter of a skilled auctioneer....This auction offers a wide selection of random items and an evenings entertainment for people watchers. Can't comment on prices...given its up to who else is there! But staff helpful and informed.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. So much for listening to the customer. Staff are so rude, have no time and have a don't care less attitude. When I spoke to staff they were very unhelpful, not even trying to resolve the problem. When selling your goods with them they sell your goods for a very low price. I didn't want to give this place one star however to post this I had too.

A real hodgepodge of items; something for everyone. The collection staff are very helpful but the manger/man in the office is one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. I will not be back.

An excellent auction would be one of the best in the North of Ireland if not the whole island. Quality items in ever week and plenty of lots.. Helpful staff which was great as in a novice in the auction world

Always helpful and have a lot of great products at reasonable prices. On-site parking is available and close to the main storage facility.
