Absolutely wonderful experience. I have bought a few items from Marcus Wilkinson and so trusted him to find a suitable replacement for my sapphire when I lost it from my thirty year old ring. Marcus went to a lot of trouble and sourced five different sapphires from Hatton Garden to make sure that I could choose a stone identical to the one that I had lost. The advice, service and care was second to none. I cannot say how pleased I am with my restored ring. I just hope that he never retires!
