Very helpful and charming team. They gave me enormous confidence in the safety of my tyres today (I’m a volunteer driver and was worried in such cold weather, my tyres were not up to scratch) Used Motatec for my MOT and replacement parts and tyres for 2-3 years. A garage I can trust. Gave me options and recommendations without pressure. Explained what and why items needed replacing. That's why I travel for 40 minutes to get my rav 4 worked and the wife's yaris. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went to get an MOT today at this shop after seeing positive reviews online. Booked at 3pm and my car was in his shop at 4:30. Great value, quick and efficient as well as great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to go here.

Selling our motorhome. Buyer wanted it serviced and MOT completed prior to handover. Everywhere around Bournemouth was booked up for months. Heard their advert on the local radio station and called. Really helpful guy in the office. I asked how soon they could squeeze me in? Is tomorrow ok ? Amazing. Rocked up there the next day. MOT and service completed within 2 hours. Admittedly no frills with a small waiting room but I walked down to Shaftesbury high street and found a coffee shop for breakfast. Came back 2 hours later and all done, books stamped and the van felt like new. Only £150 all in which compared to the specialist motorhome repair centre near me that could look at the van until May, was £150 less. Absolutely delighted and will bring back my T5 and motorbike to get all works done here in the future. What a nice business to do business with. Customer care is not at the heart of this company! I took my moped in for the spark plug or cap to fixed/ replaced, this wasn’t done but did a repaired a manifold pipe. My bike was still no better than when I took it in. I was over charged and refused half a refund when confronted with this problem!!

MOT failing on items that 2 second option garages say should have passed. Bad attitude and unwilling to discuss it. Will never go back

By far the best garage in north Dorset fast efficient and polite customer service and prices that make you go back there . Cannot fault them.Puts other places to shame. I don't bother ringing round or asking a mate's mate where is good I just ring ring these people.

Recently payed £117 for a simple auxiliary belt change I was told the pulleys and tensioner were fine.Three days later the tensioners have literally fallen to pieces whilst I am driving my 21 month old son around not impressed!

Brought my 2008 Audi A4 to Motatec after hearing 2 loud bangs from the rear suspension while working away from home. Turns out i had snapped both rear springs. I dropped off the car on a Thursday afternoon, picked it up early Friday afternoon. Problem sorted. Amazing service, the guys were very friendly and helpful and even dropped me back at work. The bill was £60 less than i was originally quoted and a lot cheaper than i was expecting. Wish i could give them more than 5 stars.
