Worst landlords EVER!! So uncapable of looking after their tenants! Had a leak in my kitchen for 6 weeks, I get pushed from piller to post without anyone knowing what's going on! But God forbid if the rent is a day late, come down on you like a tone of bricks!!God help if you want to complain! Nobody wants to know as it's going to create paper work and they have to lift a pen!!

They are worst people I have ever had to deal with, I have a shared mortgage and also pay rent yet they have never helped me with anything for 22 years. They are also supposed to be looking for an adapted property and again done nothing for over 3 yrs plus. Don’t get me on to there complaints system as it does not work at all, I went from stage 1 to stage 3 and they still did not do anything about the complaint which was about moving. They don’t like phoning you back and they are never wrong. They are the worst housing association in wales by far and need to get there act together. I really hope they see this . If there was no star that’s what I would give them.
