Failed to get permission because they misinterpreted council guidelines but we still had to pay their fees. We paid late and they too us to court. DO NOT USThey have responded with a rather obtuse answer basically they overlooked something very simple on our application and it was refused and guess who has to pay to resubmit the application. Yes you do! Bunch of clowns.

I needed advice and drawing for a new extension. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. They did very good job. I will recommend to my friends and colleagues. I will use Get planing again.

I cannot praise GPAL enough for their help and speed of response. I contacted them out of the blue over a permitted development matter and was given a really full response almost by return - and at Chrismas time. GPAL also very decently said they felt there was no charge for the information which was of considerable value to me - so really very impressed. Thank you.

I used GPA for a new build application. They were helpful and efficient and communication was never really an issue. Approval was achieved and I was happy with their service. Unfortunately that’s where it ends with GPA. Since the approval their service is non existent. My contractor has questions (which would take someone 5 mins to answer) about their drawings which is critical for our build but after 3 days of phoning and emailing they have not bothered to acknowledge or respond and have held us up. It feels like if they’re not getting paid they don’t want to know. I would avoid and use a company that doesn’t ditch you once they’ve got paid.

Get Planning completed a loft conversion on my house. They did an excellent job. Friends have commented on the high standard and quality of the work. What made it less stressful was that they did both the planning and architecture. I didn't have to worry about dealing with separate businesses and making sure everyone was on the same page. I needed planning and architecture for my HMO property. The team were wonderfully enthusiastic about my project and I felt they really cared for providing what was important to me. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the complex planning and design elements which I didn't realise go into so much detail. I commissioned them for my pre-application and full planning, and they also attended my pre-app meeting with Croydon Council. I was overjoyed after many months of hard work when the approved decision notice came through! Highly recommended and I would absolutely come to you again
