Always a wonderful experience at Hendy Kia. I've just picked up my new EV6 today and I couldn’t be happier with it!I highly recommend Matthew Robinson who always remembers who I am each time I go back to the dealership and over the phone, no matter how much time has passed. He is the most friendly guy you could hope to meet and never pressures me into any decisions. His knowledge of all the details of the cars is insurmountable.Unfortunately Matthew was ill today when I went to collect my new EV6, however I had an equally great experience with Gummi who helped me fill out the paperwork in his absence.Last but not least, Allie helped me set up all the features on my new car and explained all of them in detail and made everything simple to understand. Thank you!

Craig Blake from was very helpful right from ordering our car, after a negative experience at Kia in Lee on Solent we decided to give this branch a go to see if things would improve. Straight away we was greeted by Craig Blake who was very accommodating regarding my wife's disability and answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. Very happy with the service provided by Allie who did the car handover, very informative and helped us set everything up.

Allie set up my car quickly and very efficiently. She is very knowlegeable and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to her. She represents the best Kia service and I look forward to being looked after by Kia in future.

The team at Hendy Kia have been great from start to finish. The order on my EV6 was a long lead time which I was made aware of from the outset but Matthew kept me updated regularly regardless. I’ve now had my EV6 for just over 1 week and it is spectacular. Absolutely loving it. Including on day 2 where I did a 260 mile round trip and confirmed the range estimate was spot on, with 30+ miles to spare on a full charge. As indeed promised by Matthew, who gave us some great pre-sales support and advice. And thank you also to Sam who put up with my insistence on several test drives. And today to Allie who has followed up with some great after sales support showing us some of the more technical aspects of the controls, to get the best out of driving the Kia. The lead time for delivery was only about 4 weeks in my case, but perhaps the best outcome was an early call from Matthew stating it was ready a little ahead of time. Top marks.

Excellent customer service, Mat gave me an excellent experience picking my new Kia Xceed.I received a video from Allie showing me round my new vehicle, keeping me up to date.Allie also showed me round my vehicle on collection and helped me navigate my car, she was very kind and helpful, she also gave me her number so I have a point of contact to call anytime.

Just taken ownership of my second Kia Sportage GT and couldn’t be happier with it, once again Matthew was very professional and friendly making the process easy and stress free. With the help of Allie with her knowledge of all the new gadgets and setting up of the car for me I felt happy driving the car off the forecourt for the first time, highly recommend the car and also the team at Hendy Kia.
