Jake was very friendly and helpful to deal with. We had our van's back windows tinted and now they finally match our side ones perfectly. It was a lovely day so we mooched around the village's shops before returning to a transformation. Wouldn't hesitate to return for a valet or other services by The Motor Spa.

I only needed my front passenger seat cleaning, but these guys were more than willing to help. They even gave a refresh to my drivers seat, for no extra charge. I will definitely go back when it comes to selling my car, they did such a good job!

Jake does such a good job for us. He’s super reliable, a good communicator, takes extra care with hygiene because we have a vulnerable family member - and always returns our cars in top condition! I highly recommend him.

Can not recommend them enough.. my paintwork was always in good condition but it left the motor spa looking better than it did when it left the factory… I could not believe my eyes! Very professional, can tailor to your needs and nothing is ever a problem! Highly recommend them!

I just had Paintless Dent Removal done on my BMW Z4.First up, Jake was quick to respond to messages and was able to get me booked in within 2 weeks of initial enquiry.The Dent was an awkward one but its been done to a really high standard by their PDR guy who definitely knew what he was doing. Saved me having to respray the wing which would have cost significantly more.I was even able to use their office, WiFi to get some work done while I waited and got a cup of tea too! Bloody marvellous!I would highly recommend The Motor Spa.

After my car was hit when parked at an airport (less than a month old) I called into these guys - they are extremely professional and friendly and knowledagble. Jake knew exactly how to sort it, and really put me at ease that the car was in the best of hands.The works needed was the wheel repairing, plastic inserts in the wheel repainting and then rear bumper scratches repainting.The standard of work is amazing, nothing short of perfect was acceptable to them and I was kept informed during the whole repair. You can tell true craftsman by the way they're excited to show off their work and this is so true of Jake and Matt - it was like picking the car up new again!The price was fair for the quality of work, if you want cheaper you'll find it, but you won't get anywhere near this standard of repair. You really get what you pay for.Whilst it was there I also had them ceramic coat the car, which makes the colour really stand out and protect it.

I had just brought a new business van and needed to get it sign written so I went to the motor spa to get it cleaned up and polished before hand, I then found out from Jake that they do sign writing also which was very handy.Jake was very helpful with the whole process with a lot of knowledge, he helped me with the design and much more.I would highly recommend the motor spa for all your cosmetic needs vehicle wise.Thank you so much for a great service!

I ve just had both my cars in with Jake for his new car protection package. 4 year ceramic coat on paint, wheels and calipers and interior protection. I am absolutely delighted with the result and my BMW salesman could not believe the level of shine on the car.
