I was looking for someone to carry out a deep clean on our new house which we just purchased. I googled cleaning companies. I must of made contact with 5 different local companies, 4 of the 5 companies came back to me in their own time and I felt they were very rushed on the phone and didn’t really want to listen to my requirements and gave me a random quotes. This company was the one I was really impressed with, they were professional asked me all the right questions and what my requirements were. They respond in a reasonable time and took the time to conduct a site visit to my house. After the site visit I felt 100% comfortable and went ahead with the agreed package. We arranged a date for the clean to be carried. Once the clean was carried out my house was spotless and immaculate. Exactly what I expected the whole team was professional and had all their own equipment and products. I was so impressed with the service I’ve decided to have a regular clean package in place. Highly recommend them, professional and your house will be in safe hands.

Outstanding cleaners in East London. Came round to look at flat and take note of what needed cleaning (even took shoes off when entering flat). Used their own cleaning product's. I left my keys with them so they could enter / exit independently. Cleaned the flat thoroughly after air bnb guests. Reported any issues they found after guests straight away. Took photos of the flat on request and uploaded to a folder in a cloud I set up. Cleaned when guests booked last minute, always accommodated my requests (and booked as and when needed) which enabled me to take these bookings. Cleaned sheets (took away sheets to clean) and made the bed. Excellent communication, clear, polite and timely (and via WhatsApp... always easier ). The best cleaning service in London by far. Highly recommend.

From our first meeting I was highly impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. Omran always goes above and beyond, keeping me informed via text and photos, and I always know I can count on him and the cleaners even if things come up last-minute. I don't know what we would do without them! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience with the service. We began with a deep clean which was incredibly thorough, moving on to a fortnightly visit to maintain the excellent standard they set. The team are fantastic and do an excellent job. Omran is very responsive over WhatsApp and email keeping me up to date on expected arrival times, the management of the ironing and any changes to our schedule which I’m more than happy to accommodate and this happens very rarely. Bright And Beautiful have been such a pleasure to work with, I cannot recommend them enough.
