Craft Burger Boro
Amazing service from the lady on the desk tonight! She went above and beyond with every customer she came in contact. Polite friendly attitude. Recommending menu items ands accommodating! Impeccable.Food was amazing! I know this is a burger place but hidden secret bbq tenders are where it’s at!(Let her know she’s doing an amazing job!)

Craft Burger Boro
A bit of a mixed review. Delicious food but very small portions. I ordered a takeaway on JustEat and got the Boss Box with the bacon stack burger, beef chili fries and gourmet Donner meat. I was actually disappointed when I opened it as it looked nothing at all like the images shown, the portion sizes for £15 were very small. I had used a discount code so didn't pay full price which made it better. However, the food was really delicious, cooked perfectly and I can't fault the quality, the kebab meat is amazing and so are the burgers. I have ordered since and will probably do so again but only when I have a discount code, as delicious as it is, the portion sizes are just not worth the price.The 1st 3 photos are from my 1st order.

Craft Burger Boro
Horrible food and service - ordered many times from here and was disappointed but overlooked but this time I can’t. The food took over an 45 minutes.Came in collected, brought back to the house and was very cold and granular. Cheesy chips are cold and sloppy, chicken was hard and wrap was even harder, it’s like having a fight with the food. not enjoyable at all especially the chicken burgers were cold as well.Never expected this with a place that charges a high price but there food Is low value and is not even adequate.This has happened before many times but I turned a blind eye but today took the mic.

An excellent first experience.Arrived and ordered for family of 3, the food was excellent. I also kindly got a free milkshake with the order as one of the items on the menu werent available! What more can you ask!Thank you craft burger! I’ll be back.

Craft Burger Boro
I have been sitting back and watching the hype of Craft Burger for a while now so I finally decided to make my way to the Boro branch yesterday to give it a go.After trying all the smash burger joints in Newcastle from Burger Drop, Spice Hut to Loaded to others out of town such as Archies, Frankies to name a few. I can honestly say that Craft Burger hands down sits at the top of the pile for me.I ordered a Pepz n Mots, a Bacon Stack Burger as well as the Stir Fry Donner and the Beef Chilli Loaded Fries. Honestly the highlight was the quality of the meats from the Angus beef, Donner and beef chilli, as well as the flavours, juiciness, presentation and the service was amazing.I ‘m 100% converted to the Craft and I’m already looking forward to going back to maybe the South Shields branch next time to try the rest of the menu so if you haven’t already been, then you are deffo missing out!I also love the menu, the decor and design of the shop, the vibe, its new, fresh, trendy which is what was missing. Craft Burger have deffo shook up the smash burger scene in the north east!

Craft Burger Boro
One of the best burgers I've had and the snickers milkshake was banging, proper thick and chocolatey no cheap skating here. Everything cooked to order and perfectly done. Well worth a shout out
