Catering Van Conversions

Really pleased with our new catering trailer conversion! Jay was an excellent project manager, listening to what we wanted and working within our budget to come up with a flexible use vehicle. Communication was great with multiple WhatsApp video calls to keep us updated and when an item was out of stock or no longer suitable for our required use Jay was in touch straight away to work through our options! If you are looking for a catering conversion and a unique vehicle then give Jay and Mike a call, you won't be disappointed!

Our Rice Box was built to a great quality and especially love the wood work interior. Jay Consulted us from design to delivery. they also fitted our gas and appliances to our specification- however advice was given was limited.The only remark would be there was limited communication and rapport between the build and the final delivery of the trailer . Really only started to hear more from the team when they expected the rest of the payment.All our customers have complimented the trailer since we launched and we would recommend them, but word of advice go in knowing exactly what you would like, design even lay out will really help you get the best out of the team.

Sister company to Outdoor Living UK...beware and read the reviews.In less than 12 months my Bermuda Aragon water feature is an eye sore as it has allegedly chipped through ‘frost damage’.Early November I drained the water feature and wrapped it in garden fleece and covered it with a bin liner which was tapped up to hold fast. At the end of February I removed the protection to find a couple of small chips, now 3 weeks on more delamination has occurred and it’s an eyesore.I’ve emailed twice no response, I managed to speak to Mike who says the feature isn’t covered for frost damage, even though the item was protected over winter.Reading some of the reviews about Mikes excellent customer service, perhaps they’ve been dealing with Michael John Hall the Director, I’ve come to the conclusion I must have been dealing with a different Mike as he’s suggested I get some filler and paint from either B&Q or Halfords!!!!Does anyone have the number for Rip Off Britain or Rogue Traders????Attached is also the unedited response from Outdoor Living UK on Trustpilot.

Excellent customer service and great quality work. Answered any questions we had and offered great advice. Professional workshop and setup. These guys are great! Would absolutely recommend.

Nice guys and good customer service. But terrible job on my van, everything has been rushed and no atention on details. (The door only opens from outside, the rice cooker they installed a natural gas into an lpg, griddles dont have enough gas pressure, the stainless steel sheet used is one of the worst quality i have come across cloth sticks to it whilst cleaning...I feel robbed and money wasted.

Wanted to deservedly say huge thank you to Mike,Jay, Phil, Kimi and the team at catering van conversions. This guys are absolute professionals, I had a van converted recently and I was blown away with the final results it’s absolutely amazing, everyone who saw it was impressed with the conversion it’s a quality job well done. I have to say I had a very good experience throughout, I was given plenty of time to think and decide on what I wanted. I was given plenty of ideas and Jay was always available to call and get updates plus discuss the progress, they went above and beyond for me, top top customer service and very fair prices. If there’s anyone looking for a conversion this company is very highly recommended considering so many are doing it but this guys are on another level. I can't recommend the guys at Catering Van Conversions enough. From the beginning they were very helpful listening to my ideas and turning my vision into a reality. They always kept in touch throughout the conversion with regular updates of videos and photos of the van. Any issue we came across they were quick to offer a solution and sort out. Absolutely recommend this company. I came to them with a horse trailer that had some conversion work done to it. It was in a bad state and they managed to turn it around in just 6 weeks exactly how I imagined. Great communication throughout and most importantly a very good job done. Thank you very much
