Really great place. On a bit of a nondescript trading estate but the beer is genuinely excellent, I don't know if there's something in the water in Portsmouth but there are an unusually large number of excellent breweries there. The sour IPAs in particular here were unbelievably good.

Makemake Brewery & Fermentary
Superb local tap room serving some of the best craft beers in the UK. Nearly all of the drinks on the menu are brewed in the tap room. So far I have tried IPAs and sours and they are outstanding. There is a lager and also signs of some dark beer being barrel aged for those winter nights. The team are super friendly and informative. Oh and you should see the W.C. which is a homage to Portsmouth's rich brewing history.

We've popped in to this lovely hidden gem a few times since it opened and can't say enough good things!Brilliant beers accompanied by great snacks and good vibes, all served up by a friendly owner and knowledgeable staff. A welcome addition to the area!

Brilliant. Constantly changing selection of high quality beers in a friendly setting with one of the best soundtracks I've heard in any pub. It's a nice to be. My dog drags me there whether they are open or not!

One of the best craft brewers in the UK, amazing taproom and excellent value. IPAs, DIPAs, Sour, Stout, Lager... all excellent and brewed in the premises. Great value as well, a fantastic addition to the area.
