Super cute place - didn’t get any books but DID acquire many Jellycat’s and some cute cards to bring back home.I loved it here, ladies at checkout were very nice

July 2023 update.I have enjoyed shopping here for years and it is my 'go to' place when I am looking for something special for someone special. Books, greeting cards and presents they seem to have it all.The owner and staff are warm, welcoming and really know their stuff and willing to go the extra mile to help. A real gem of a business.First review Christmas 2020A wonderful selection of books which make ideal presents.It makes buying a book as a Christmas present so much more personal you can actually feel the weight of the book in your hand as you you turn the pages to make sure it's right for the person you're thinking of buying it for. The staff are both helpful and knowledgeable and and render a very high quality of customer serviceApart from books there's lots more or gift ideas some quirky some original.It's a great Little Shop and well worth a visit.

Great little shop, daughter loved the huge amount of Jelly Cat cuddly toys

I visited this shop while wondering through Bude high-street, I entered the shop expecting to find a fairly typical seaside town knickknack shop, However once inside I was greeted with hundreds of smiling faces, from jelly cats! My partner and I were delighted to see a vast array of Jellycat toys inside alongside many other high quality items for sale.We browsed the collection and finally whittled down our selection to one to take home (it would have been more if we hadn't already been to a jellycat distributor in Okehampton earlier that day).The gent behind the counter was very friendly.As the sign says outside, this very much is Jellycat heaven.
