My experience at this place was rubbish to say the least.Went for a PCR Test in January 2023 for my family and came back worse off.Initially Mr.Butt said that he would charge £50 each for my two children’s PCR TEST and that I should come back the following day for the results.The swabs were taken,put in a bag and shipped off to Bradford,so I was told.Came back the next day and was issued with two PASS Certificates showing my kids did not have Corona and could travel.All seemingly well,we arrived at the Airport the following day with the certificates which we were told were fake and so my family were “disallowed” on the flight and told to go back home.On going back to MA Travel,Mr Butt insisted they were genuine and not fakes.After,ten minutes of persuasion he gave back the one hundred pounds.However,we lost £600 as a cancellation charge and are still waiting to get back the remaining amount from Qadira Travel.Isn’t it better to be honest rather than rip people off?
