I found Mark on 'check a trade' and based on the reviews and being local I contacted him to sort out a faulty valve issue with the hot water system. Very responsive, gave an initial diagnosis and came back within days to replace the valve. The biggest plus, other than obviously fixing the problem, was Mark's time keeping and promptness.

Mark and Darren recently fitted a new boiler system for me. The all round experience was as good as it gets in terms of diagnosis, identification of best possible solution given restrictions and challenges and then expert fitting. Mark was always on time, always did what he said he would do, ensured a high overall standard of work and also made sure any mess from the job was taken care of before he left the property every time. Mark was very professional and gave clear indications of what we should expect. Communication throughout has always been fantastic. We moved home and need a complete boiler and central heating installation and we are delighted with the results. Have since used Mark to install an external tap as well. Highly recommend Mark.

Mark was the only person to respond to our call for emergency help to deal with a leak under the sink. He arrived promptly and solved the problem without fuss, and came back when he said he would a few days later when the required parts arrived. Mark is friendly, knowledgable, reliable and reasonably priced, and I’d recommend him unreservedly.

Booked a boiler service with Mark , who had fitted the boiler 12 months ago. Once again he turned up when he said he would and did a thorough inspection on the unit. He left everything clean and tidy and provided me with a detailed breakdown of what was done and any recommendations. Would definitely use his services again.

Mark at MHD Plumbing installed a new boiler, radiators, changed our thermostat to smart heating and installed a hot water pipe in our kitchen. He has been extremely reliable, responsive and his price for the work was very reasonable. He completed the work to a high quality, was clean and tidy and very efficient.
