The drive thru signs point to everything but the drive thru. First left didn’t exist had to go round a roundabout and turn back. The second sign took us to the end of the drive thru so had to turn round as cars were coming round. Need to of been a couple times to figure stuff out

I went to Starbucks with my friend Sam. I also took my dog and he had a Pupachino and absolutely loved it. I will definitely be taking him again.

It was ok. We came at a time when staff needed to clean. It always seems busy so must be hard for them to do so. Gets a lot of business from the next door gym. Staff were friendly and drinks were nice.

I had ordered Soya caramel frap with coffee base. There were 3 idiots working there. 3 absent minded/ clueless ladies. There was one one other customer other than me so they were not busy. The order was taken by first idiot second idiot made it. When the second idiot gave the drinks to me they looked completely white as if there was no coffee in the frapp. When I asked the first idiot (the third one was looking at the drink ) it looks like there is no coffee in it. The first idiot said there is extra coffee.Plz Starbucks can you train these 3 idiot ladies who were on shift at this location on the 17th Sept at 3pm. Plz get them to taste coffee and show them what does the coffee look like. They think coffee taste like milk and looks white in colour. If you see 3 ladies with too much makeup working at this location plz run in the opposite direction towards another Starbucks or else you will get milk instead of coffee. I did check with another Starbucks the kind lady saw the drink and said straight away there is no coffee. She was also laughing at the tale of the 3 idiots.

This place was great I was lucky that we could ‘dine in’ so we did. There were two girls having fun on their phones as I went in and a man reading his book in the corner. They accommodated my soy latte and were just generally wonderful. Highly recommended

Staff are friendly, but look like they are overworked, and under staffed, it was very busy, so you feel bad asking them to do anything other than the basics.It was lunchtime but only a few food items available, about 3 sandwiches in total ( not varieties, actual sandwiches) and about 4 cakes/biscuits left, so we only got drinks, place always feels grubby and could probably do with a refurb as I think it's the chipped tables and paint plus damaged walls and chairs etc making it look grubby.Long wait for drinks about 6 other orders plus drive thru waiting before us, got to the car and my cream was missing but was on the other drink even though we had asked for cream on both( better for my waistline I suppose) but drinks tasted nice and were hot.

Tried the new salted pretzel frappe and plant based breakfast wrap and both were delicious, very clean and quick service even though the drive through was very busy.Starbucks was ridiculously expensive but that’s a given for them all- this branch had an especially nice atmosphere with a board showing free puppicinos and free drink if you buy coffee on the last Friday of the month!

All I wanted was coffee just before work. Drive thru and online orders were more important than walk-in customers. Waited nearly 10 minutes for no one to acknowledge you, so walked out and saved my money instead.

Relatively new location and premises very clean, comfortable enjoyable experience in all I'm up with the larks so not long open when I visited no issues with what I encountered didn't eat anything so can't comment on the food so my honest opinion 4stars they could well be worth a 5star review worth a visit
