Terrible customer service.I arranged for ladder hire 3 weeks ago, the ladders to be delivered at 1400 today. After numerous promises of imminent delivery I rang them at 1720 to be told my hire was cancelled as we are a small firm and we were called to another job". I had travelled 170 miles for this treatment. It wouldn't have been so bad if I had been told this at 1315 when I paid. Avoid."

We brought our brush cutter here for a service and to get a new blade adaptor fitted. I was impressed by not only the reasonable cost of a full service but it was returned looking cleaner, less rusty and in tip top condition. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I will bring all of my gardening equipment here in future for a service. Good job team; five star!

This is an excellent tool hire place. I got advice from Chris who put me on to a midi-breaker for finding a soil pipe in a concrete floor. Got the job done in minutes and went on to use it to channel out the wall also. Highly recommended and thanks.

Hired a floor buffer, used them a few times before, it was all good, nice guy serving, and he's there every time...hired the wrong one, got to the last point of the day, working late! Called him up explained it wasn't working well, knowledgeable man over the phone explained we had the wrong pad for our job (tile buffer for hard wood) probably my fault for not specifying, very accommodating to the fact I wouldn't have it back that day, as long as I was there first thing I'm sure, but main thing is no squabble just totally understanding and had the options of full refund or leave it as it is and have it in a few days with the soft pad...LOVELY JOB GUYS! WELL DONE!

I hired a Youngman Boss Stair Max 600, basically an access platform, to enable me to paint the ceiling and walls of my staircase safely. Excellent service from the friendly staff there, good parking at the back for collection and return and all at a very good price. They will be my first port of call next time I need to hire something.

I highly recommend this company for their knowledge and friendly manner. We had a demo in store before hiring a sander and couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely return when we need tools again. Many thanks.

Decent. We hired a carpet cleaner for 24 hrs. Can't fault them really. Easy pick up and easy drop off. The product worked really well and left the carpets looking like new. Pricing was very competitive and excellent value in our opinion. I would definitely use this place again. Not too much covid faff either

Hired a cement mixer for a week and had to extend hire for another week. Excellent service from Chris, Kevin and another gentleman (sorry don't know his name) who collected the mixer at the end of the hire. Balance of deposit credited to my account promptly. Really nice chaps in the shop, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. As a female in a very male oriented shop they made me feel very comfortable and not stupid, I will be using them again. Thank you to Saturday staff Kevin and I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name.
