I would like to start off by saying I come here all the time and always talk to the staff and most of them are very friendly. I have had a couple of times where staff are very rude and like to blame each other for stuff instead of just taking responsibility for it. I would like to thank the wacky for always being helpful towards me and my nephew. I have a hard time going to new places due to medical problems so it is nice to always come here.I would also like to address the fact that if you are going to discipline your staff I highly recommend that you do it in an office with a witness. Instead of in front of kids and customers that can clearly see you and hear you.The way staff are treated here is absolutely appalling this is not the first time I have come here and hear the staff in the wacky get belittled by other members of staff and managers in the the rest of the building.I would rather have a meal in the wacky than the main restaurant even if I didn’t have the children with me. Because of the fact that they have better customer experience and they approach you. And the staff in the main restaurant all just stand around like they are on a school playground. Yes you should be able to have a laugh and a joke at work, but there is a time and a place.I will be returning but only to the wacky the mangers need to actually smile and greet customers instead of just staring at them and making them feel unwanted.

Friendly staff. Not super busy everytime we visit. A large menu. There’s something for everyone. And i love we can order online.Great portions and prices.

Visited as a group of 21 on a Sunday. They did well to cater for us all.For the price I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. I had the large roast beef which was good by any standards but at just £11 was good value. I would say you don't really need to go large, the standard size portion would be enough saving £2.The menu is large and offers lots of choice. Others in my group had Fish and Chips which was good, Steak and Chips which was not so good amongst other things.Kids menu was as you would expect. Good choice and value. Didn't look the most appetizing but kids ate it all so must have been alright. Both my kids went with Sausage and Mash.This restaurant has an attached soft play for kids. We were told no booking necessary but arrived at 12 to find it completely full. Despite being told repeatedly that there would be space we left at 15:00 having not been in the soft play with 6 disappointed youngsters so if you are going for the soft play try to book or be prepared for disappointment.There is also a good outdoor play area too if the weather is fine.

I didn’t have the greatest experience here - we booked for a family get together for my daughters first birthday mainly due to seeing the kids play area advertised online. The whole experience from start to finish was disappointing. The wait for drinks at the bar was over 15 minutes despite it being pretty quiet for a Sunday and only one person waiting ahead, the bar staff appeared to be doing other things. The meals were below par for a hungry horse and one of our party ordered a baguette sandwich and it was sent out to us with no filling, just a buttered baguette with salad on the side however this was rectified when we raised the issue. The food took way too long for how quiet the place was. We will never visit again. I would have given one star but they were nice enough to bring out my daughters cake and sing happy birthday with us so an extra star for that.

Food was tasty, quick and polite service. Quite noisy but to be expected from a family friendly pub with wacky warehouse in it! Great for the kids!

Went there at 17.00 weekday, not too many people there .I had a large mixed grill which was very nice, and my wife had Beef Lasagne also very good. For dessert we had the Ultimate sundae, which was excellent.

Went early lunchtime Sunday, ordered 2 Breakfasts took 50 minutes to turn up even though there was hardly anyone there. Heard other people complaining about waiting for food. Heating was off so it was freezing. Staff seemed more interested in having a laugh with each other than concentrating on customers. Food was pretty grim but we didn’t really expect anything special. Definitely won’t be going back.

Good location with plenty parking spaces.Soft play is small, enough for young kids to pass a few hours though. Also a small playground outside if kids/ parents like some fresh air. Lots of outdoor table and bench.Limited eating and seating area inside. Friendly staff. The cost of food is reasonable. Quality can be hit and miss.Cleanliness needs attention. Especially during school holiday. Floor and toilets were awful last time we visited. ( Summer holiday )

The staff here were lovely and the service was very fast. The food is cheap and filling. My only complaint was that when I went to the bar some old ladies stole my table... Luckily there were lots of other tables that were free so it didn't matter.

First time I’ve been to this pub and was absolutely amazed with the service I received on Sunday. The place was really busy and had a couple large tables in, all staff was busy but was very friendly. Food was amazing, I did have to wait at the bar for a few minutes before being served but it was very busy so it’s acceptable. Would return
