Küche wurde nicht gereinigt: Kühlschrank Schimmel, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster schmutzig, vom Dunstabzug tropft Fett auf den Herd.Keine Bettwäsche für Schlafcouch.Uns wurde eine Gutschrift versprochen die es nicht gab.

Arrived at 5pm to rooms that hadn't been cleaned and rubbish in the kitchen. Got in contact with the owner who said they would try to get cleaners in whilst we were out for the evening, got back at 10:30pm to find it in the same state and were only told that the cleaners were closed after making further contact. Ruined the weekend away as we couldn't stay and left promptly.Edit: Did eventually receive a refund so updated the rating to reflect that.

In so einer miesen Unterkunft war ich noch nie und ich war schon an vielen Orten! Es war so schmutzig, man hatte das Gefühl, dass hier schon seit Wochen keine Putzfrau mehr im Haus zugegen war...
