Staff are super friendly and accesible to parking. Clean and well managed cinema. The price of the popcorn, sweets and drinks is quite pricey. Comfortable set except for the leg room in number 4 cinema is not comfy need improvements for a comfortable experience to move your legs freely you feel like a cage for 2 1/2 hours.

Been a few times but the service was fantastic on our last visit. Food counter staff was pleasant and polite, offering a cold bottle of water rather than the warm one I picked up off the shelf. The usher greeted us with a big smile and grabbed a few booster seats for me as I had forgotten. Seating was clean and comfortable with great sound and picture quality.

Love this cinema!Went to see Barbie with a friend. Really good, clean cinema and helpful staff!We took our own food and drinks though! I took can of pop and a bag of my own popcorn.They charge £6 for regular popcorn and £3.50 for a regular coke, a rip off considering that’s more expensive that the ticket which was £4.99!!Still a good experience though and will be going again when the next film is out!!

Not great service this evening, my 19yr old daughter attended with two friends sat in seat pre booked only to be massively abused and threatened by another customer, for just sitting on her seat nothing else. It was clear the person doing the abuse had mental health issues but when my daughter went to ask for a safe place to sit, this should of triggered somebody to act. They did not only placed her back in a very uncomfortable threatened environment. I understand you can not vet every person but you do have a duty of care to keep your customers safe.

Last time I went we experienced painfully loud sound, and I'm being litteral, I do thought on leaving the movie due to concerns of getting my ears damaged. Trailers at the begining specially loud.

Came here for the first time, the staff were very professional, easy going and friendly. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. It's not as big or comfortable as Showcase Delux cinema in Coventry. The seats are less comfortable, they don't recline and if you have long legs you'll have to fold them, apart from that it's all good, overall it serves it purpose to the fullest.

Small seats in some screens, not much leg room. Would definitely recommend VIP upgrade for slightly better seats for £2.50. Tickets are very well priced, but snacks inside are pricey (to be expected from a cinema). Steps at the front to get into the main doors. Plenty of toilets inside.

Good value ticket - £4.99 to book online. Sat in standard seats as all VIP seating sold apart from singles. Good leg room and view from seats at start of side rows. Surround sound seemed very loud for the trailers but settled down during the film.

The cinema was boiling hot. There was clearly no Aircon! The seats, cheaper ones, had zero leg room and I'm under 6ft tall. I could also hear the sound from the other screens during quiet parts of our film. Positive it was clean and didn't smell. Hence 2 stars.
