My other half has just been in to your store with my daughter - I witnessed a member of your team open the door for her, it was very gentlemanly. Sadly, this is where the level of service stopped. She was in the store for 20-25 minutes, not once did either member of your team get up from scrolling on their phones to ask her if she was okay and required any help. Regardless of whether we were looking to purchase 1m2 or 100m2, the lack of care provided by your team was shocking - we certainly won't be looking to use Porcelanosa again in the future.

I purchased some air slate from the Nottingham Branch about 3 to 4 years ago. Over last year I started getting major issues with them they changed colour and little pieces started building into the waste in the shower. I raised this with the store and this is still on going.The stores discussed with there factory in Spain and all they could offer is full price to replace one sheet and the others at 50%. When I explained that it would cost me financially to get the money whole area stripped then pay for more sheet. Could not understand the logic behind the resolution they were offering. The staff that I have been dealing with have been helpful. But the company does not offer anything as good will. When you paid good money and the product has 10 year warranty. I would totally hesitate in purchase from them again. I am still waiting for senior management to contact me to come to a sensible resolution.Mr R Johal

I bought some beautiful tiles & a new toilet from Nottingham Porcelanosa after my previous (budget) toilet caused a huge water leak & lots of damage. The service received was excellent from start to finish & I am so happy with the final result. In particular I’d like to thank Kirsty & the store manager who were both extremely helpful, friendly & professional. I felt I could put total trust in them & I look forward to shopping in this store again soon!

We had a fantastic experience with Porcelanosa Nottingham recently, when purchasing tiles for our kitchen / diner. Excellent service and advice throughout our journey. A very special thank you in particular to Diane Hibberd, who was friendly, approachable, above and beyond in her advice and help, and arranging for deliveries, including liaising with other stores. Lovely clean showroom with excellent COVID protocols in place. Will definitely return again in the future. Thank you.

Brilliant service from George. I was looking to match tiles with the existing ones in our bathroom (8 years old development). George and his colleague managed to identify the tiles and got me a sample within 2 days. It was a perfect match and despite being out of production, they sourced the tiles at Birmingham warehouse.I would highly recommend Porcelanosa for their friendly customer service and exclusive products.

Really excellent after sales service from Ashley at the Nottingham branch. Had an issue with a toilet seat and he sorted out a new part for me to collect the next day. Many thanks.
