I ordered pasta via deliveroo. One gluten free, one regular (my wife is coeliac).They arrived without any indication of which one is gluten free (they used to have a sticker in the past). but I could tell which one was mine from the toppings.I tried them both and the pasta seemed identical so I think they just didn't notice the order. I tried to call their number to ask/verify and got not response. I didn't get any help via deliveroo either.In the end we didn't risk my wife getting food poisoning.Shame, it used to be better.

Ordered at 6pm and said it would be half hour. We had to leave at 20:30 so had plenty of time. Still hadn’t arrived 2 hours later. After half hour on live chat managed to cancel and get a refund.Thought we’d try again the next day. It came in great time so I was relieved. I ordered the carbonara which was depressingly bland. We paid for garlic breads and chips none of which came with the order. Contacted delivery again to find I could have the other half of my meal delivered in 45 minutes or get credit the half of a meal I never received. Very disappointing I had to still pay a substantial amount for half a meal. Tried ringing coco do mama, put on hold so long I just gave up. Won’t order again.

Great food, worst delivery ever via deliveroo. Both times I've had to watch as a clueless driver spends 40 mins+ looking around for other addresses before they get to me but the last one, half an hour ago, clearly stole my food as the restaurant didn't refuse the order or mark it off the receipt as not available, the seal was broken on the bag and who is accountable yet again, this isn't the first time this has happened and it always seems to happen around the closing time for the restaurants we have ordered from and experienced loss of food.Basically the pasta is OK, the garlic bread is great but the little donuts? Amazing. I ordered a few portions and got 0 portions.These stickers seem strong enough to hold a bag closed without just popping undone to me, can't trust deliveroo delivery drivers.

The absolute worst take away food I have ever had. Not only was the order incomplete, when trying to contact via phone to arrange for the correct order we had to phone various different numbers. We ended up giving up trying to get the correct order and contacted VISA to refund the transaction. The food that was delivered was either overcooked or contained raw chicken. Would advise to stay away from this place, service awful, food was the worst I've ever seen, I've provided a photo of some raw chicken as evidence.

Ordered through Uber, who have been contacted to sort it out but we have had no reply for over 2 hours. One of the meals had a hair in it. The other meal tasted awful, it was meant to be spicy pollo but it was not spicy, it barely tasted of tomato, it had a very off colour. I found the recipe of their website and it sounds like it could've been delicious and it wasn't. The garlic breads were completely called in cornflour. Will not order again. One of us ended up not eating and the other one disappointed.

Delicious food. Reasonably priced. And quick delivery. Perfect sized meal deal for 1 person. Would definitely order again.
