Joe was recommended to me by a lady at sandy Lane health centre as he did ear wax removal and he done home visits which was great for us because my sister is disabled and blind. I rang joe up and he fitted us in straight away which was great as my sister was struggling to hear people talking for weeks . When joe turned up he was a very pleasant fella and introduced himself to us .He explained everything to my sister what he was going to do and the light he was going to use to look down her ears also about the photos he was taking on his phone of inside her ears which was great .Joe told us it wasn't wax that was the problem it was something more which needed an urgent referral . He advised me what to do and sent me the photos over so I could sent them to my sister's doctor. Now we are going to ENT next week .Thank you so much Joe .I would highly recommend joe if you have any problems with ear wax ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joe was excellent, had an appointment booked for the day after first contacting him. Arrived on time, talked me through what was to happen and got my ears back working within 20 minutes. No pain at all, very comfortable and an all round genuinely nice fella, highly recommend if you’re having trouble with you ears!
