Recently moved to Liverpool and had a look into the local branch , looked tidy and well presented with a lovely staff , just the pricing strategy, in my opinion should considering the segment and competition more as there is a reason any customer pop into the shop, and the prices should not be the reason behind leaving for the organisation and it’s sustainability to maintain success.

Had a 2 seater settee which was in very good condition apart from a pull mark which you could not even see because cushions hid it. Took a day off work for the collection, the 2 Guys collecting had to take a picture of the mark and send it to shop. They refused it! They could have easily sold this for at least £50.00. The last time I give anything to this greedy charity and will advise others against it too.

great little place with loads of hidden gems. I use this shop regularly to finish some of my rental houses, plenty of brand new stuff straight from factory, lots of little nick-nacks (rugs, pics, vase, lights, shades, orniments etc) aswell. Staff member went personally out of his way to help me above the line of duty. And to top it all, you are donating to one of the most worthy causes there is.

What a complete waste of our time and effort - volunteers refused to take perfectly good leather suites - if the Charity is so concerned re furniture donations they really should ask for insist on photos before making arrangement to collect - total time wasters EOH

Visited tday and must say that I'm very disappointed and disgusted by the prices there! It's called charity for a reason! But these people are just greedy! For used ,even heavily used furniture, asking price like for new one,even more expensive than a new one?! Like are they serious? Some of the chairs were like really dirty,and they be asking £300 ?! Excuse me?! Are u here to help people,or to rob their pockets? Absolutely shocking and disgusting!

Absolutely disgusted with this place i was donating bedroom furniture to this place absolutely not a thing wrong with it except one handle was snapped which either would cost about £2 to replace but they've just arrived and said oh no we won't take that has handle is snapped here's a charity crying out for donations but yet knock stuff back cos of one little snapped handle they could have sold for £40 sold as seen it would have done someone just starting out and can't afford a lot why not give people the choice, I donate a lot to this charity too but I won't be donating here no more I'll donate somewhere else from now, I'm absolutely disgusted a charity can knock things back. Disgusted.
