Be warned if you try and return faulty goods within their warranty period you will be met with verbal abuse and threats to place your personal information on the internet.In reply to camgrows comment:You are clearly a compulsive liar I have never spoke to you or visited your shop this was an online purchase and the item was only a few months old also I still have your threatening E-Mails where once I pointed out to you that the item was still under warranty and you got all abusive.

First time around was not so good, the package showed up in pretty bad shape and the contents were not usable. However they were very quick to fix the problem and send me new bulbs and an apology. All i had to do was send pictures of the broken bulbs and the messed up package. All in all a good experience.

After multiple failed delivery attempts ( didn't leave the warehouse or mysteriously ends up back at warehouse instead of being delivered multiple times.)Arranged with seller to get refund and seller contacts dhl to return non delivered items. but expects me to wait for dhl to return products ive never seen or received before i get my refund.days later still waiting for refund and items still not returned ( brilliant choice using dhl )Dont bother giving them your custom , you can get cheaper better offers and guaranteed next day delivery elsewhere.

First time using camgrow after various other issues with other hydro suppliers, first class service, ordered goods via amazon goods arrived Tuesday before expected date. Will use camgow again. Great price too. Thanks guys

Rudely cancelled an order with no explanation or apology. How hard is it to say sorry and keep a customer instead of lose one and get a bad review many more people can see .....idiotic !UpdateApology accepted, sounds plausible. I will now use you again and encourage others to shop with you.

Ordered a bottle of botanicare hydroguard which is supposed to come date stamped. The date had been wiped off. I phoned to enquire and was told some of their bottles had stamps and some didn't. When I mentioned I'd like to return my bottle for one with a date stamp magically they don't have any in stock.

Poor customer service. Bought an item through Amazon & it arrived completely smashed up. Seller now expects me to take time out of work to send a smashed item back. I am also expected to pay return postage & packaging for the smashed 20+kg item.
