Very happy with our new windows and front door. Visited the showroom initially then had a couple of measuring up visits and stress free, efficient installation. The installers tidying up job was great too. They had to come back to resolve a catching door after settling. All dealt with quickly.

I recently had six windows replaced by AGW and I couldn't be happier with the end result - the team were easy to have in the house, and the end result is great, both internally and externally. Their quote was competitive with other local firms, but they were far more responsive in all communications. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish. If you are looking for good quality glass windows with UPVC frames, do visit the Kennington showroom, where the staff will show you all the options available (and give your toddler some stamps and phones to play with). Once we ordered our window, the turnaround was very quick (well under the 20 weeks forecasted) and installation was performed smoothly and efficiently. We just got our new window, and so far it has completely changed our life (the room is warmer and lighter than before), plus we look forward to not having to maintain a timber frame for the rest of our life thanks to the high-quality UPVC frame. We’ve just bought a front door and back door from Andy Glass Windows. The quality of the doors is good and they were installed by competent and friendly staff. However we found the operation of the lock that came with the front door rather impractical. We were then advised that alternative locks are available and AGW swapped one for our original lock. To our surprise we were then charged for the replacement lock, despite not having been told of the choices when we ordered the door. So we have now paid for two locks when AGW could easily have re-used our original lock on another door. My advice to anyone dealing with this company is to check the contract very carefully before signing on the dotted line.Response to AGW's reply:The first replacement lock was one that had been rejected by another customer. Its mechanism was loose and it couldn't be properly registered for security and obtaining extra keys if needed.I was told that you would incur a cost for another lock but didn't think for a moment that you'd expect me to pay for it. My order was £3,700 for two doors and I still can't understand why you are charging me an extra £40 to change the lock to one that we prefer. Especially as you didn't explain the alternatives when the door was ordered and now appear to be blaming me for not asking!This isn't the attitude that I expect from a reputable company.

Following a successful visit to the showroom and prompt quote being received went ahead and placed order to replace all windows, patio and front doors. Survey went smoothly. Installers cleaned up each day and were friendly and easy to get on with.Some issues were experienced during and following the installation, some of these were outside of Andy Glass Windows control. These issues were discussed and resolved.Overall we are pleased with the installation and have received many compliments regarding the Resurgence Flash Sash windows and Palladio door.

Old conservatory roof replaced with a WARMroof® system.Throughout the process this is an excellent firm to deal with. Highly recommend without any hesitation.

Had a conservatory built by Andy Glass this summer (2022) and very pleased, although the build took longer than expected the build is of high quality.The crew who built the conservatory were nice blokes, easy to get on with and very helpful and the attention to detail first class especially from Lewis.They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we are very happy.
