In a word, incompetent. I had arranged with my solicitors to exchange on a property today and this had been agreed with Storrar Cowdry. I find out that Jane at Storrar Cowdry is on leave today and had not left the file with anyone.Her assistant does not have authority for the exchange. This has been put back to Monday. Disaster and will cost me money in storage.

I have used Craig Wright's services when purchasing my first house. I was really pleased and can't recommend Craig highly enough - he was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer I was nervous, but Craig was always clear and responded to my emails quickly, so I felt assured. When he was not in the office, his assistant Janice was there to help.The whole process took 10 weeks from when my offer was accepted to when I received the keys to my new home. The price I paid for Craig's services was really competitive - I feel it was a good value for money. Highly recommended!
