We were the tenants for a property managed in Ely. The experience with letting agency was horrific, while they squeezed out every bit of money even at the end of the tenancy by finding excuses. Winters were harsh, as the property didn't have any insulation in general (including under the carpets). And with very old storage heaters the bills were very hefty and unaffordable. The landlord was not supportive to get things fixed. Would not recommend letting through this agency.

Myself and my partner recently moved into a house using Keeley's as the agent. It has been an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and keen to help with any queries we had. From the viewing with Emma (who is very funny and relatable) to the paperwork side with Veronica, it was a very pleasant experience. We were also very lucky with the timeframe from application to obtaining keys and it could not have been done without the great help from Veronica! Highly recommended for anyone looking to move house for a trouble-free experience!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! DO NOT HERE!I’ve rented a flat from Keeleys last year(2022), when winter started the second bedroom had black mould and didn’t heat properly. After a few emails back and forward was sent out instructions to clean the bedroom. The black mould was never sorted! End up moving out but because I signed an extra paperwork apart from my contract they have charged me for the empty flat! Bad experience end up stealing half of my deposit! People have no morals!Don’t sign anything extra ! Only your contract!! If you have black mould just call the expert and issue a claim!

As a tenant I had a really good experience with Keeleys. Their team is friendly, personable and responsive, and both checking in and checking out were very easy and straightforward processes. Would have no qualms at all about renting a property from them again.

Choosing an estate agent can be worrysome but Keeleys are a lovely estate agent to go through. Friendly, polite, and also very responsive. I cannot fault them in any way and was sad to leave. They also made my check out process very smooth! Highly recommend :)

The best letting agents in Ely by far. We had viewings with three agents before settling on a property through Keeleys. While the other two failed to communicate important information for viewings (or even have the bloody keys for the property), through the whole process Keeleys were incredibly communicative and clear. Only been in our house a couple weeks so far, but so far so good!

Kelley’s have managed my rental property in a Ely since 2010 and I am delighted to say that the relationship has been excellent from the beginning. 7 years on ( nearly 8!) I have never had cause to complain nor have I ever had a need to do anything but confirm what Keeley’s suggest in regard to my property. The property is monitored and maintained to the high standard I expect and the tenants have always been ideal.I have no hesitation in recommending Keeley’s Letting services to anyone with property in the region. Compared to the stories I hear from friends with properties with different letting agents, Keeley’s are exceptional.

The worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Let us live in a house infested with rats, the landlord allowed us to move into a house where the bath would leak (still hasn't been fixed) and get into the electrics and make the power go out. Don't ever rent with them, it's been the worst experience of my life
