Oliver Bonas has a range of goods, from clothing and accessories to household items, books and cosmetics. It's products are in varying styles meaning it's hard not to find something for most people (mainly targeted at females I'd say). It's good for gifts. They have an excellent range of greeting cards. The Sheffield store is compact but well stocked. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very polite when they tell you about the social distancing measures. Well sign posted within the shop which is nice.Clothes are always really well made and a reasonable price. The homeware is cute and funky.

Like it for a browse but our store is tiny so there isn't a lot to tempt you. It's more an online store. Love the furniture but no room in this store. Just too little of anything. 5 stars for online tho. Only meter parking nearby so not worth a special trip unless you are passing

I like the online shop and going in for a browse, usually the staff are friendly enough but last time I stopped by the Ecclesall Road shop, my friend pointed out that the staff member didn't like the look of me and was giving me odd looks. I guess young black women aren't Oliver Bonas' target market but we are (or were) potential customers the same as anyone else. Shame.

Excellent service and staff 10/10. A lovely shop and with such a wide range of products. Came in for looking for a reed diffuser and purchased one. Excellent wrapping for said product.Just 10/10

Received brilliant customer service from the store manager Amelia today over the phone. My issue was with a click and collect order and she went out of her way to sort this for me without hesitation and contacted customer services on my behalf. Best service I have received in a long time.
