Following a few phone calls to check the details with the dealer, I travelled to Keithley to buy a Nissan Serena 2011 from Plexus Motors Ltd. The specs were as advertised and discussed prior to this. The car was in an excellent condition, the body bring spotless. The dealer and Co-workers were friendly, honest and very helpful. They picked me up from the train station and took me to the site. I made the first payment through bank transfer but when it didn't appear in their account, I had to make another one using my card. Both payments left my account but they refunded the first payment after two days. The car is great and drives really well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife purchased a stepwagon from plexus motors, Mr Hussain was very helpful, answering lots of questions and arranging delivery, we were messed around with the registration of the vehicle, which resulted in weeks of delay, which ultimately cost us money on the Vw troc we were selling to we buy any car due to the original offer reducingThe car arrived in fantastic condition, although we couldn’t drive it as we couldn’t insure it due to the number plate and v5 not being completed,When we finally got it on the road, the battery was flat, the stereo didn’t work and then the led lights failed,I contacted mr Hussain but he didn’t reply.It was only when i emailed to say i was going to leave a bad review that anyone contacted me.They gave a very vague answer to my question about the led lights, in the end i have had to take the whole front off the car to get the headlight out to figure out how to fix it.I’d never buy from this garage again, i realise that we are hundreds of miles away from the garage but if someone had talked me through the processes of fixing the lights, i probably wouldn’t have left a bad review.As for the stereo, don’t even bother, the radio didn’t work, wouldn’t connect to any phone we tried, the code for factory reset didn’t work, no instructionsMy in laws were going to buy a stepwagon from plexus, so glad they didn’t

we went to view a Mitsubishi Delica D5 yesterday initially to see if we wanted a D5 over an L400 that we had had previously but from the minute we rang to arrange a viewing to actually seeing the Delica, Meherban was brilliant, allowed us to inspect in our own time and was happy to answer any questions we had with no pressure to buy, indeed we were so impressed we then bought the Delica only to be even more suprised and delighted when he arranged for the Delica to be delivered today, it arrived as agreed and we now have the pleasure of playing and setting the car to suit us5 stars is not enough, we can't thank you enough for everything

Hi all. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Vellfire 2.4 from Plexus. The initial purchase was a bit of a leap of faith as the garage was too far away from me to visit so I bought it solely on pics and videos. The car was delivered to me within two days on the back of a trailer for an kereradditional £250 which I didn't mind as it save me time off work and having to go for it myself. I only wanted afresh import as I didn't want a molested vehicle. The price for this was three week wait on the log book coming through which once again wasn't a problem. The car did have a couple of tiny bits of rust and scratches which I couldn't see in the pics but a car of this age it's to be expected and won't take much for me to repair myself. The inside of the car was mint and spotlessly valeted with the promised head unit upgrade, Speedo changed to mph, car waxoyled underneath and engine serviced. I would definitely recommend Plexus if your thinking of buying from them. Most communication to them was done with what's app and there was a speedy reply when asking them any questions. Good decent guys to deal with.

My Nissan Serena purchased from Plexus arrived in good shape, I am scare full paid before receive of the car in beginning, after received the car with everything 100% same as described, my worry is absolutely NOT necessary. Plexus delivery the good on time and the process is smooth and their responses is fast and helpful.

Had a pleasure of purchasing a Honda Stepwagon Spada 2013 from Plexus Motors. Meherban was very informative throughout. He kept me up to date on import dates and delivery. Received the car today without any issues at all! Family are already in love with it. Car is in excellent condition, it came with new batteries, tyres, and Android in car system. My version is full leather and it looks super clean inside and drives very well. Meherban even left some information for an insurance broker which I thought was helpful. Thank you!
