Trident Elite Family Protection Dogs

Terrible customer service!! I was given 2 out of the 4 weekly updates I should have received.They take your money upfront knowing they will blatantly refuse refunds due to their terrible service they provide.Trust me!! You can do a better job yourself just by watching YouTube videos and training during feeding times*** UPDATE *** This is not a false review from any aspect not do I have a grudge against you or your company. This is just my personal honest opinion on the service which was provided.Dogs name is “Sparta” - Belgian Malanois , if you check your records it won’t be hard to find.1 - I was not given my weekly updates as agreed2 - The dog did not have a clue what down meant (would take him up to 15min to go down after obedience course)3 - Sit command he already knew4 - Sit and stay was perfected by This company I have no issues, as the dog does as it’s told5 - Down and stay took me 2-3 hours a day every single day for 2 months to perfect6 - My dog had cuts and scars over his bodyI have contacted the owner “Ash” direct via WhatsApp and text messages (at the time he was on holiday). He blatantly ignored my messages and has not been in touch!!!I’m not being funny but for a obedience course I would expect my dog to understand every command taught instantly, Especially after paying you £1400 upfront and you kept him for 4 weeks!!! And on top of that I was blatantly ignored when I complained and you blamed the fact that my “DOG WAS TOO YOUNG TO LEARN” as he likes to “PLAY ALOT”Sorry but this is not my issue, I bought my dog there for him to master basic obedience commands, if you could not program him within the 4 weeks stated then that’s your fault and I believe you should have kept him longer until you done your job properly!!

I just completed the four week obedience, behavioural and protection 4 week become a dog trainer course! I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get into the dog training world! The structure of the course was amazing and both me and my dog learnt so much which we can now take away from trident and use in the real world. Special thanks to ash, Scott and Cal! They were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable! Like I said I would highly recommend this course! It was really good fun!

took my Rottweiler for a hour assessment to see if she had the ability for protection. after a frank and honest discussion, we decided the dog doesn’t have the prey drive and may not be worth paying for the 12 week course offered, as she may not take to the protection side of things like i’d hoped.originally was supposed to be a £60 assessment and the trainer “ash” didn’t charge me!overall the company came across very professional and honest.i felt they where more interested in delivering a high end service then just earning a quick buck unlike other training centres i’ve visited.i’ll be touch with them shortly to discuss purchasing a part trained protection dog, which will full fill my security needs. five star service and once again many thanks for the time

I am not even sure how I came across Trident Elite K9 to be honest. I know it was spring of 2020 and the ad was for a dog named Boris. I reached out to Ash and we chatted for a bit, Boris was sold of course but I got information that made me come back later on. Fast forward to about 8 months ago and I was ready. I was set on a German Shepherd but after speaking with Ash again, I knew I was more interested in a Belgium Malinois. Unfortunately, human trafficking has picked up in the United States and I’ve been followed with my children 3 times that I know of. I’m a small woman with two young kids and recognized the need for added protection. Our handover with Ash and Scott for “Blue” was nothing less than top notch. They catered to our needs the entire trip and made sure that Blue was going to fit in with our family well. We worked through different scenarios and I couldn’t feel safer now. A few days later with Blue in our home and with out Trident K9 there, she’s taken to her role well and is by far the best dog I’ve ever had. I would recommend Trident K9 over and over again to anyone. When the time comes, as it will one day… I will reach out and give them my business again. Ash and Scot, are the gold standard when it comes to professionalism and competency. Anyone considering a different kennel or trainer to work with is wasting their time and money. Trident K9 is the obvious choice for people serious about the safety of their loved one. I can’t thank you enough for giving me not only safety but also my best friend. ❤️

I have my very own personal protection dog Dexter from Trident Elite K9, the training is second to none his obedience, bite work and most importantly the amazing temperament of Dexter meaning he can fit in a family environment and most importantly enjoy life as a dog. But when it's time to work he switches on instantly to protect and provide for the family to the highest standard I trust Dexter this role. I was lucky enough to have Ash train Dexter and the follow up training and advice is amazing from him. If I ever need anything dog related I go to Trident Elite and if I was to ever recommend a company it would be this one. Simply top class.

A very good experience and a lot of knowledge gained. Credit to all the trainers that put on great lessons, I enjoyed every bit of it. Would highly recommend if your interested in getting into dog training.

Well what can I say absolutely amazing experience, ash, scott and cal :) it was amazing and a pleasure to learn from three of the best from the demonstrations to being hands on they was there to help with anything I was unsure of, would recommend the course to anyone that wants to gain knowledge and learn hands on you wouldn’t be disappointed. I have my own protection dog from Trident Elite & Zeus is amazing. His Obedience is brilliant, Really respectful around the family, very gentle with our young son & with our other dogs. We absolutely adore him & he is the perfect addition!Ash has been amazing throughout the process. He took in our pet dog for residential training for her obedience & only being back a day, we can already see a huge improvement & change.Nothing is ever a hassle for Ash. Updates have been constant & he is always available to talk regardless of the time. Would highly recommend using Trident for residential training or a protection dog !

Took my very enthusiastic but nervy and reactive Malinois here for 1-1 training and Ash and the team were incredible. Everyone was really friendly and Ash was very knowledgeable, the difference in one session was amazing and we’ve now gone away to do our homework. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Ash is like the new Cesar Millan, he just knows what to do in every situation. His team is also brilliant, Scott and Callum who taught us for part of the course were so passionate about what they did, they made sure we did everything correctly and encouraged us to ask as many questions as possible so we knew exactly what we were being taught.I would highly recommend this course, you will not regret it!
