Morgan was very helpful and met our needs as customers today! , in addition, breakdwon cover has been very well explained and offered, which again you dont have to commit to as you have 14 days cooling-off off period, but anything wrong goes with the car, you are covered straight away with local garage ! thank you for your help!!!

I’ve passed my test back in February I’ve bought my little Vauxhall Adam from here when I’ve passed I’ve had no issues at all with it! Everything was explained in detail and the sales people were not pushy and allowed me to browse around and answered any questions I requested about the car. Ps I’ve took my car have it’s MOT done in June and my car passed with no faults or minors so couldn’t be happier!

Bought a Volvo V40 here which was quite quick and easy to set up finance on the car, however a week into owning the car I got an oil service light on the dash and discovered they've overfilled the oil. Sent it back to them only to discover their nearest appointment to have it rectified is right up to the warranty date. As I'm without a car I asked for a courtesy car and they don't have one. So now I'm without a car because of their mistake. So they're great to buy a car from but terrible to deal with if you take it back for any reason.

Don't expect to get satisfactory or fair aftercare when something with a car goes wrong, even if the fault/s occur the day you bought it, they will do everything they can not to refund you and refuse to set a time frame for repairs once vehicle is in their repair center..it's a case of buyer beware...check out Nightmare with Trade Center Wales & Trade Center UK facebook and read Trust Pilot 1☆ reviews to get a picture of a consistent theme. 1☆ because the toilet facilities are clean in the showroom.

Would never, ever, recommend buying a car from this place, avoid them at all costs. My partner bought a Fiat 500 and the clutch went after 4 days. Trade centre collected it and said they won’t be able to fix it for 28 days and wouldn’t supply a courtesy car, leaving her without a car to get to work for weeks.Despite demanding a refund, as was our legal right under the Consumer Rights Act and The Sales of Goods Act, they kept refusing and saying a panel needed to review our request. After dozens of phone calls and threatening legal action, they miraculously said the car would be ready within 24 hours. We still refused and said we just want our money back, which then took several more weeks to get a refund accepted.After around a month we were able to get our money back. We were told 3-5 days and it took closer to 10.Very shady dealers whose prices aren’t cheap like they’d like you to believe, the APR rates they use are much higher than other garages.If you buy a car and it breaks down soon after purchase, don’t let them make you think you aren’t entitled to your money back, it’s your legal right.

Absolutely poor company! AVOID!!!!!! Remember when you buy a car from trade centre wales you are buying a finance package not a car. Which will cost you five times more than what a car is actually worth.Cars are shocking from auctions bought for a song. They use cheap or scrap yard parts Avoid these **** like the plague!!!!!!Remember when they offer you 2k for your px it's on the screen of the car price.Absolute pigs in the aftersales department. If you like being lied too. Warranty means nothing also. Just a big scam. Won't admit that they sell awful cars. Nice the owner is living the dream in monaco.Taking vulnerable people for fools unfortunatelyAbsolute wrong think this company needs to be shut DOWN or investigated further!

I didnt want to come here as my last experience was a very pushy salesman. However this time was completely different. Lovely guy left us alone to browse and decide for ourselves. Only assisted when required and not pushy at all. Got a lovely car with hardly any waiting around. Great service all round. My faith in TCW Neath is restored.
