We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Howden's in Grimsby. The design that John created has opened our kitchen space, maximised storage and looks amazing. The price was really competitive and the quality is strong and sturdy. John helped us choose complimentary colours and was consistently understanding and helpful. We used a kitchen recommended by Howdens, which turned out to be a very good choice. The whole experience ran smoothly, we would definitely recommend Howdens in Grimsby.

Cannot fault Howdens appliances or Kitchen units BUT we recently had our new Kitchen fitted by one of their fitters and are ABSOLUTELY disgusted with it :-(. Floor had to be ripped up and redone by our own guy we had to find. Units were not bolted to the wall,kick boards had missing brackets,screws missing out of my cooker to fasten. Overall would NOT use again. A friend had a problem with hers also. So folks dont judge a person by a picture ask others. We paid a fortune for a dream Kitchen and had a BAD experience.

Visited today to order a base unit and door to replace our dishwasher which we have never used, after telling the young ladies the story about it another customer enquired what price for it my wife gave a price deal done. Apart from all that service was good and the young ladies serving we're v, pleasant , plenty of car parking and disabled access is good.The only down side it's trade only .

Thank you to Howdens for all your help with my new kitchen. I'm grateful to John for the hard work he put in during the design stage, and his prompt response to all my questions & alterations. I was also very satisfied with the finished result, and look forward to using this kitchen for many years to come.

I had a small kitchen when we moved 7 weeks ago units in wrong places oven also wrong in it found hard to work in .Kevin came along designed a new kitchen for us told us exactly as it was and its in and workable lots of cupboard space unitsin right place it for us marvellous kept the cost down as well thanks

Out tap in the kitchen started to drip, we were told by various people we needed brand new ones, so i gave Howden@s a call and spoke to a man called Lee he was so helpful to me and said lets try a few things first, he thought it just needed the new inners to the hot & cold tap so he ordered them for me, nothing was too much trouble a delight to get someone as helpful, my husband fitted them.Job successful no more dripping tap.So a big shout out to Lee who has solved our problem he was really helpful, i will be a returning customer. Thanks again Lee for all your help that day.Regards Julie
