Cost of apt was £60, for this an Inaccurate prescription issued by the doctor, I was fortunate that Boots pharmacist picked up the error and corrected. I wouldn’t use this service again, when reported they offered 50% off next service but gave me 30 days to use that voucher - a complete joke of a company and frankly dangerous.

I tried to get an appointment with both my GP and another remote GP service that's provided through my work for 3 days with no luck.Did a search and found this one. My options at this point was to wait until a Monday, go to A&E (not ideal during a pandemic and when the average wait time in the local hospital is 10 hours), or pay the consult fee for this site.I was able to get an appointment 25 minutes from the time I signed up, and the doctor was early. First time I've had an early doctor in years.He reviewed everything, reviewed the photos I uploaded and I had a diagnosis, medication, and instructions if things didn't improve in about 12 minutes.Thank you so much and you'll definitely be one of my top choices in the future.

Booked an appointment and paid as I'm unable to secure a appointment with my local GP doctor.I set up the account, paid, logged in 10 minutes prior as advised. Received a phone call from the Doctor later 4 minutes after appointment. Asked me to download the app, did so logged in waited for them to join the session. They rang and cancelled my appointment.Very poor service. I recorded the session, in case this happened and I wanted proof, I was logged in on time and waiting.

Don’t waste your money. Despite the website saying otherwise, they don’t offer sick notes. The doctor was very dismissive about my issues and literally told me to see my usual GP, which totally defeats the purpose of me paying for this service!

Excellent. Started to feel unwell and needed to see Dr before going on holiday. Couldn't get GP appointment in time. I was 'seen' within 30mins of signing up. Just picked up a prescription. Very impressed with the Dr Victoria White.

I have used this service a few times, most recently today. Despite being remote, the GPs have been unfailingly professional, caring and thorough. I felt they asked a great many questions to understand my condition, then really thought about the best solution for me. They were polite and cared about whether I was happy with their recommended action, they made it easy for me to get the prescription and medication I needed. At a time when it is increasingly hard to see a GP or access any care outside of an emergency (and even then, not easy) this feels like a much-needed service.

Just had a great appt with Dr Manu, was seen really quickly and got the antibiotics I needed for my chest infection. Brilliant service for those that can’t waste time waiting for their own GP. There is a £7.49 prescription charge which people need to understand, this is a semi private service so there are naturally costs.

Not sure I would use this service again. The appointment felt rushed. However, I did not expect a long drawn out appointment.I am a student here in London, my budget is limited. I am not from the UK.My appointment and prescription was almost 100 after USD conversion.I did not even get a short follow up with the doctor. After I asked for a refill for my prescription, I was told, that I would have to rebook for another appointment, for the SAME condition that I already saw their doctor for!I explained to customer service, what my current financial situation was. I was told that because they are a private GP they can't issue a refill?I don't believe that this is true. Other online businesses with the same model, do give their clients refills, without prior additional appointments if not necessary.If if was for another issue, I wouldn't have minded rebooking again. I would have also loved to rebook again, to see if I would have a better experience. I would have liked to refer this business to friends who come to London.Now I am not sure.

A fantastic and hassle free service. Got to see a GP straightaway, a thorough consultation, and prescription sent to my nominated Pharmacy which was out of hours, within 30 minutes! The admin. team were great too, as I initially had a problem logging-in to the patient service app, but quickly resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend GP Service to anyone who is in need of urgent medical advice, out of hours. Thank you guys, really appreciated :-)
