After going in to find they didn’t have the wallpapers I needed I left after 8 minutes only to receive a £100parking fine for using the customer car park.PLEASE AVOID!

The company’s agents- parallel parking ltd.Are acting illegally.Given photographic evidence of the fact that there was no contract seen or agreed to.The company passed on personal data to a3rd party.Furthermore there corespondents states -Do not contact us.Corespondents which contains falsehoods and has nonamed signature or printed name.I have requested the name and contact address of ther CEO.Plus there companies law firm.Given there un ethical illegal actions.I am now in the process of seeing advice and advocacy.I would advise all other to do the same and hold Parnell parking ltd accountable via a civil action .Plus contact trading standards.Plus the police and data protection.I have also stated if I am not informed of an pending civil court appearance by parallel parking ltd.I will take this as a deliberate act of sabotage.

If I could put no stars I would. My dad borrowed my sister's car and went here a few of months ago to buy some paint. He parked on the carpark on the front. My sister then received a £100 parking ticket saying the car had parked there illegally and has to pay a fine. We spoke to the staff in the shop on two separate occasions who confirmed both times the area is for customer use and he shouldn't have gotten a ticket, so we didn't pay. My sister then received a letter from a solicitor threatening legal action if the fine wasn't paid and that the fine has gone up to cover the legal costs. After sending multiple emails with receipt attached proving our dad was paying customer (the last sent in August by the way), today she got a reply saying to pay £170 by December 10th or further legal proceedings will be carried out! How do you justify treating customers this way?? It goes without saying we will not be using this shop again.
