Absolutely deplorable not a sign anywhere to say you have to book an appointment slot for a 3yr old to see santa. No sign to say what it cost drove 20 miles to visit my grandson to visit santa fir nothing that's Debbie's will nit be back

Nice coffee and plenty of seating staff were nice and polite... was very busy when we visited today but still able to seat the 4 of us.

Nice cafe however a bit pricey. Food selection is good with the cakes tasting good. Staff are friendly and helpful.Very beneficial to have a Dobbies plus card for your 2 free hot drinks a month.

Went in last week for lunch .. then walked right out again .. we asked about the lunch deal for pensioners and were shown a menu for paninis... we explained it was for the lunch deal advertised on Facebook. We were then told staff didn’t have time to deal with us as they were too busy.. and to look at the menus available….. never again.

I spoke to Alison ( the Cashier/customer adviser) she gave me great advice. I've been trying to get through to head office with a query and couldn't speak to anyone. Alison answered my query. I've been asked if I would consider hosting birthday parties for dogs. I enjoyed my lunch in Dobbies Garden centre. I had a baked potato with cheese. I like the Halloween display.

In today for lunch very disappointed. The food on display was dried up and very unappetising. Tried a toasted sandwich which was ok but no taste to coleslaw. Tables were being cleared of dirty dishes but did not see any being wiped down.Chairs had loads of food debris and the carpeted area very badly stained.Cleanliness Standards have dropped significantly.Would find it difficult to recommend

Pressed 5 Stars then was distracted to something else before writing description. Didn't realise that Google would post as was, so will now write. It's the staff that make the place the way it is. Have contacted Head Office a number of times to give them feedback about individual staff members. Did this yesterday about a member but then thought should actually be saying about the 'good' publicly.

The reason l didn't give a 5⭐is because, I had tea & a piece of Biscoff cheesecake & unfortunately the cheesecake looked so much nicer than it tasted. The cheesecake part was very grainy & to be honest didn't taste of much more than cheese, so needless to say l didn't eat it all! I'd like to think it was just a bad choice on my part & that all the other sweet treats were nice.I bought some plants that were in good condition, which was nice to see, because in some garden centres they can sometimes be very dry & in need a of a good water.The toilets were clean & well looked after.All in all a nice Dobbies to visit.

Love having a wander around the garden centre and the gift shop. Anything I've bought has been of good quality.The café, although self-serve with the issues that can bring, has great food and pleasant, helpful staff.
