I contacted Nationwide TWO WEEKS ago for 16 meters of fencing to be erected ...This is an urgent job too and cash waitingFirst week I rang 3 more times to be told the estimators must be busy and they will get back to me and didn't .I had another company out on Monday but a much higher priceI rang Nationwide again last week and I wasn't happy...I got a price and said okay and the estimator would come Saturday ...I stayed up from night shift and saw nobody..I even rang FIVE times on Saturday to ask if he was still coming and nobody answeredI rang again this morning and was told the estimator came 10.15am ..So why did he not ring me if there was no answer as I was in and near the door? ... I was told only the yard is open on Saturdays so nobody answers the phone!!!!!I have FOUR CCTV cameras on the front of my house I have checked between 9.30 and 11am Saturday ,.....NOBODY CAMEI have rung again this morning to be and it's now going on for 2pm and again nobody getting back to me when the estimator is coming out ...Another wasted day and I'm still up again from night shiftObviously this company has no interest in this job so why not say so?I have now booked the other company but because of the rains they are back logged and I am stressed to hellThanks for wasting two weeks of my time on such an urgent security job...I gave you a one star rating because I can't give you ZERO

Dave guaranteed delivery on Thursday (About 10 days after order) for me and suggested I call up on the morning of delivery for an estimated time, I did to be told the driver has a Southport drop then my area so will likely be before 12. At around 9.30 I was called to be told they where sorry but did not have the wood for my order, I found this strange as they said it was being delivered around 12, also they can not say when it would be available, to which I replied I may want a refund and I would call them back. With in 1 hour I was able to source what I needed from Barney Rubbles Long Lane aintree for £50 less and compared to the fence A&B (National fencing) supplied to my neighbour its much better quality. I called Dave to tell him I will require a refund to which he agreed. 30 min later I receive another call from Dave to tell they did now have my fencing as I had already order from someone else and I don't like to mess people around i still continued with refund. I had to chase them up the following day for the refund as they never called back like they promised.

Excellent service fence panels really good and strong drive even helped bringing them to the rear garden well worth the money
