I don’t know the name of the bloke who helped me but, I only had to explain once exactly what the wood was for, with as little knots as possible, and the measurements too (velux) quick as that.

Nice local wood yard, full of tools, wood, paint, well everything. Great guys that are very helpful, including helping with design issues. Great prices and delivery to. Support a local shop and get all your trellis, wood, tools and paint from here and not a big chain.

Been passing this shop for years and never called in, what a mistake. The staff are excellent and friendly, great quality of the timber and also free cutting to size and pay by the footage, just like the old days. Do yourself a favour and call in before you visit the big boys for your timber needs.

Great place. As a joiner this place has everything I need for each individual job. Timber and sheet material cut to whatever size you need. Also material off cuts and pay by the foot is perfect for budget builds. Always shop here. Good deals on shop floor most times. A place you can go and actually get your hands on the items you need for any job. Great selection of stock and hardware. Most of the staff are pleasant and willing to help anyway they can. Of course like every place you can tell who to approach and who to avoid. Just saying.
