As the Accounts manager of a Timber company based in London I approached several companies over 2years ago and found Copier Systems Ltd to have been the most helpful in establishing what was the best and most cost effective solution to our copying/printing needs.Mark, their representative at the time helped us in choosing a multifunctional system that would best suit all our needs with the added benefit of active monitoring so there’s never any interruptions in our workplace.Their speed of delivery and installation is outstanding and far better than local companies we have used in the past so we continue to do business with them and in the future.Overall Copier Systems Ltd offer a friendly and efficient service and come highly recommended.

Cold called to a TPS registered number!

Fantastic quick and professional service. Contracts were signed on Tuesday and the printers installed on Friday of the same week. The engineers came in and did the full install with minimal impact on an open and busy business. The pricing structure is simple and easy to understand with the full breakdown of costs given. We would heartily recommend this service to any business, large or small.

Dealt with Tammy who looked at our print and copy costs. To my surprise it was a lot cheaper to upgrade to a much better machine and our overall costs have been reduced too. Great service all round.

DO NOT USE::After a chrarismatic sales speech, I signed up to the copier system to supply me a laser printer for £34.00 per month. The sales rep promised sending me a copy of my contract to read through before arranging a date for installation.Two weeks went by and nothing came so I decided to email. I was informed contracts were only sent To clients after the installation date. In all my years in business, this was the first time I had heard of something so ridiculous. On reading the contract, it became apparent I was not given the full information. There were hidden servicing cost and additional cost which the rep failed to disclose. I would advise anyone to stay clear of the Company unless full disclosure is given

After opening an office in Wakefield last year. I contacted Copier Systems to provide us with a machine to suit a small office environment (2-4 Users) despite only having a minimal requirement. Copier Systems explained all the machines in detail ensuring that the machine we purchased met our requirements.Delivery was on time, nothing was too much trouble in terms of setup. Ensuring that everything was working just the way we wanted.I have found everyone at Copier Systems has been professional and friendly excellent all round customer service .I look forward to continuing to work with Copier Systems

I'm not one to usually ever criticise a supplier but this is an exception. They are probably the worst, most unhelpful and untrustworthy dealer I have ever known. Beware of hidden costs, minimum costs and rising costs in their contract. They will increase the prices despite signing a 5 year contract.Their response to service issues is appalling and they charge for everything. Steer well clear of this company.
