From dealing with the sale, delivery and right up to installation was so professional.Sale - super easy, the sales people In store were very knowledgeable of all there products, they answered all my questions and helped me order my tub.Delivery - I was notified of my delivery in advance. It was professionally unloaded and set up by the BEST delivery driver Justin! Big up!! He installed, showed us how to use it and cleared away after himself.Setting up - took around an hour to fill / 2 hours. Heated up over night & could be monitored from my phone.we have spent all day in it today, had Neighbors peering over the fence to compliment how lovely the tub is, the speaker system has some volume to it! Perfect for a party! And can be altered for those quieter evenings. Lighting inside and outside the tub, which is changeable. The massager in the tub is something else! Gets every spot, even those you didn’t know needed massaging! Overall amazing service from Scunthorpe hot tub Centre! Defiantly recommend!!

Amazing service from start to finish. Our tub wasn’t in stock and to save us waiting we were given an upgrade for the same price! The hot tub is amazing! We will be in it Christmas morning! Can’t thank them enough, delivery and installation was perfect!

I purchased the Triton SE from their website. It was all very easy and fast. I had to wait about eight weeks for delivery, as they were waiting for stock to arrive. When the hot tub was delivered I cannot phrase the engineers enough. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the tub. They quickly and efficiently set it up and went through the instructions. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We ordered a Seattle hot tub around two weeks ago from Signature Spas which was delivered by Scunthorpe Hot Tub Hire & Sales. The hot tub was delivered on the day agreed and the delivery person rang to confirm the delivery time. Delivery of such a large bulky item was very impressive, skill fully manoeuvred into an ideal position under our gazebo. A fully demonstration of the Gecko controls were given with a complimentary pack of chemicals to control the water condition. I brought the Adonis hottub (which is amazing!) and recieved brilliant sevice even before ordering. Laura helped me work out if I could get the hottub in my garden, with having quite a small entry way and gate. She also followed up with me after delivery to make sure everything went ok.The guys that delivered and installed it were brilliant. They went above and beyond when delivering, especially as it was dark and freezing by the time they got to me lol. I'm very pleased with my hottub and would highly recommend Scunthorpe hottub megastore to anyone!

Bought a thermals spa mars about a month ago, and tbh the experience has been everything we wanted, the store was open Sundays so we could all go and have a look, the sales person on was very friendly, didn't pressure us or bother us untill we'd had a good look round and seemed to know when we were ready to ask questions, didn't pressure us into one tub or the other just answered our questions as best he could, was honest about what he couldn't answer but said he'd find out if needed. Once we'd settled on what we wanted he was helpful in telling us our options, we decided to go and measure up again as we weren't 100% on the space, we purchased online (tbh we would have gone back to the shop but the sale was due to end at midnight we didnt know there was a sale but the sales person told us about it) online purchase was easy with a small deposit and Then final payment just before delivery, we were contacted a few weeks later with a delivery date and time our installers were late due to other jobs over running but dispite the time they were happy friendly and still took the time to do a good install. Ste the installer talked us through our tub, a good hand over of the chemicals and features despite it being nearly 10pm and the poor lads had been at it since 5am bless. Overall I'd recommend them fully, weve had no Issues to need the warrenty support but I have no doubt the service and support would be just as good as the service we've had So far.

We bought the 3 person Barbados hot tub .It was delivered within just 4 days after ordering.the delivery guys were really efficient at there job .they got it to the right place in record time .while it was filling i received instructions on all the important things.nothing was to much trouble a really great service .the tub it self we were in that evening and loved it .its easy to program and operate .and is quite economical.A great romantic hot tub highly recommended. .

Purchased the Venice (R10 range) which was on back order and arrived within 8 weeks. I shopped around (a lot) and Scunthorpe Hot Tubs by far offered the best value. Larger brand names seem to offer a lot less but for a lot more. Recommended to me by friends who live in Doncaster, I wasn't sure they would deliver to me as I'm in Southampton but pleased to say my order was accepted and it arrived yesterday.Kudos to the guys who delivered and installed. Ben and Henry couldn't have been any more helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They checked I was happy with the placement and shared lots of maintenance and how-to tips.The only constructive feedback I have, but is probably testament to how well Scunthorpe Hot Tubs are doing, is at times was a struggle to get hold of someone in the office to speak to. But saying that when I sent an email and expressed a concern I had, I was called back within 10 minutes and my mind was put at ease. Really chuffed with my hot tub and would definitely recommend Scunthorpe Hot Tubs.
